Booked Pasma course for 2 employees only to be told on the morning of the course it had been cancelled. Re-booked both employees to then be told they was not on the list to attend the course when they arrived that day!! Paul promised refunds for the bookings we made due to the wasted time and inconvenience. However, after multiple tries to contact Paul chasing these refunds since November, he just ignores the emails. Clearly zero customer care and thinks ignoring you will solve the issue.
I will never use these shambles of a company again. Shame as I have 20 employees on sites that need training for various activities / first aid. Your loss Paul!
Utter Useless - don't waste time of money.
Booked an IPAF 1b course to take place on 14/08/2025, price seemed to be to good to be true and that was truly the case!
Day before the course I recieved an email to say the course had been cancelled due to a machine breakdown and awaiting a part? Paul stated he had called me and left a voicemail but he had not as I had no missed calls or voicemails.
When I recieved the email I replied straight back, several emails have been sent by me to Paul and he has chosen not to reply. I have tried to call the centre several times with no success.
I have today opened a chargeback with my bank and will be speaking with IPAF next week to ask some questions and to raise issues with them.
Don't waste your money with these clowns.

Lack of Professionalism and a Waste of Time** I am an experienced CPC trainer, coach operator, CPC transport manager, bus driving instructor, and qualified assessor, which adds credibility to my review. I passed the initial interview and then had to meet with an existing assessor to demonstrate my driving capability. I encountered a woman who was a qualified car driving instructor but had no entitlement to instruct on large vehicles or any experience with commercial vehicles other than within her company. This discriminatory lady, who assessed me throughout the entire process, claimed I didn’t know the Highway Code because I pointed out that she was not driving a car. I mentioned that when approaching a give way line, one should slow down, and the same applies at pedestrian crossings. Additionally, I advised her not to position herself too close to the kerb due to the extended mirror, for accident prevention. I also suggested that when stationary on a hill, it would be advisable for her to apply the handbrake. The response from their trainer was alarming; she insisted that there was no need to use the handbrake on a hill and that one could balance it with the clutch, just as one would in a car. I was confused by everything she mentioned and, after the assessment, received no feedback—just an email stating that the woman believed I did not know the Highway Code and regulations. There was no phone call, no opportunity for me to explain my perspective, and despite my attempts to reach out via email, I received no further replies. I lost interest in the job after meeting her but felt compelled to express my experience, as the standards were far too low. Initially, I chose their company because their work seemed much easier compared to what I am accustomed to. However, their training appears outdated, reminiscent of practices from 40 years ago, and they employ unqualified individuals to assess commercial drivers. As an assessor, one should ideally have at least five years of experience in the area being assessed. This experience was very disappointing and would be shocking for any experienced transport manager or expert in accident prevention.
