Good customer service. Probably the best I've had. But they delivered and I'm happy about it.

I placed the order and received an email that it would take about a month for them to have the stock come in. My card wasn't charged until they actually processed my order and shipped the goods to me!

After long wait the phone received was "not as described" (Order #PDA14532). They send me different version, the factory sealing appeared broken and then resealed three times on the top of the original one. Buyer beware!
Refund request RMA#14532. So far I did not receive refund for return shipping that I paid out of my pocket. Buyer beware!

I purchased two phones. Website listing says shipped in 5-8 days. Both phones took one month to arrive. I had to keep writing emails to ask the status of my orders. Need to be honest with shipping time from the beginning. Never place any order again.

I have all records about their service issues. I bought a Sony mobile October 4 2022 from them and I am unable to get its warranty claimed or get it fixed and they are super smart and negligent to help me out cuz I guess they have done something fishy and they are trying their best to dodge me. They did not provide me details of the origin of the mobile that led to service denial from Sony Canada, US, Hong Kong

There is a reason why it’s important to go with BestBuy, Vision Electronics or in person stores rather than online only platforms. I have learnt the hard way.

Reply to PDA Plaza. FYI I reported to Sony Canada and my mobile reached them october 3rd but they returned back the mobile saying its not covered by Canada, and you guys then pointed me to Hong Kong but lol after 3 years Im learning that this phone belongs to Sony UK. This means it’s ultimately your fault in not letting me know this information 3 YEARS back. And when I say I have all documents, I mean it, not bluffing like you guys.

I bought the X15 Ultra (global model) and had a great experience with PDAplaza. Since this phone isn’t officially sold in the US, I spent time researching stores that offered solid pricing and reliable support. PDAplaza stood out as they have a North America-based support team and ship from Hong Kong or Canada, depending on logistics.

Support was excellent (big thanks to Milan!). Out of the stores I’ve tried, PDAplaza was the most helpful. Pricing was competitive, especially during promotions, and my phone arrived brand new, sealed, and untouched.

Shipping took about a month, but I was in zero rush. My favorite store so far!

Magic v3 is awesome phone, and probably one of the cheapest android foldable phone, I am really happy for the purchase , the phone quality and delivery by PDA plaza even it took about a month to wait, it is worth it.

I recently ordered a Huawei Watch from PDA Plaza. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were a few things that could have been better.

The product arrived in good condition and matched the description, so I’m happy with what I received. However, the delivery did not arrive on the date initially promised, which was disappointing. Tracking the package was also a bit frustrating since the delivery company was based in Canada, and updates were limited and hard to follow.

In summary, while I’m satisfied with the product itself, the shipping experience could be improved—especially in terms of more accurate delivery estimates and better tracking transparency.

As always PDAPlaza was o reliable experience.

This was my second purchase from them. Low price and authentic device. They are very responsive and will accommodate changes. I will strongly recommend them.

My package was delivered late by about two weeks. However I found the customer service to be quite excellent. The person responded to my email about the delayed order promptly and explained that the order was delayed due to the tariff related backlogs out of Hong Kong. No issues and I would definitely use PDA Plaza again.

I'm really satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Great customer support, and I got the phone that I wanted, but it was a very slow process
