Scam of a company stay well clear avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! I had requested a self certificate with and Initial charge of 0.50p then realised that if i didn't cancel within 48 hours then a subscription fee of £39.90 a month would incur.
Contacted the telephone number on there website .. +44 20 8068 7193 and spoke with a man saying that i was to call back in 10 mins if my self certificate didn't come through.
20 mins passed and still no certificate called back the exact same number +44 20 8068 7193 and was told by a lady it was the wrong number and a different company it was the dame numbe called with the same waiting music playing. 🙃
Contacted bank to get money back and block them. Don't let these scammers fool you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHICH IS FRAUD AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS.
SCAM COMPANY STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM !!!!!

Don’t use this tool!!!!!!!
I used this service only once, after 48 hours I was charged €40 for the monthly subscription because I had not read the conditions and it was my mistake. The next day I asked for my subscription to be canceled, as I could not access my profile on their site (be careful, they do it on purpose). The support answered me saying that they would immediately cancel my subscription and I would no longer be able to use their services. If you cancel my subscription immediately, I must be able to use the services until the end of the days I paid, alternatively reimburse me for the cost of the subscription since it cost me €40 for a day of use.
The worst service ever used, with customer support unable to do its job.

I paid 50p to convert a single document. Unbeknown to me I was signed up to a subscription costing £39.90 per month. I only realised after paying for four months (£159.60) during which I did not use the service and was unaware that I was paying for it. Beware.

Warning: Avoid this website at all costs. I experienced serious issues with their service that amount to deceptive business practices. They charged my account immediately without providing the promised document or even allowing me to access my account properly.
The password reset function doesn't work, making it impossible to access the account I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I've been unable to resolve these issues or cancel my subscription.
They continue to charge customers without delivering the promised services. I strongly advise anyone considering using this website to look elsewhere for PDF conversion services. This appears to be a systematic problem rather than an isolated incident, based on similar complaints I've seen from other users.
UPDATE: days later, the only communication received from the supplier was the response to my negative review.

I confirm after weeks that it is a fraudulent service.

I got in touch with them
I got in touch with them. They said they were not going to pay me back. I sent all receipts and documents. They insisted that it was legal for them to take my money as it was part of the terms and conditions which to them I signed. I made them aware that no one purchases an item for 0.50p and auto renews almost £40. 00 to be taken in the next hour. Upon several back and forth backed up by evidence of innocence , the company refused to pay me back.
PDF pro is not a good company. I insisted I don't even have an account with them if they claim I signed up. They could not prove it.
I mean who buys just a document for 0.50p and will accept to automatically renew within an hour for £39.99 then be deducted for the same amount every month without having any business with them.
They can try to put this review and many others down but it doesn't erase the fact that they are fraudsters .
Only God knows the number of innocent people they have done these actions to.
This is very unprofessional and unethical.

Be very careful when using PDF Pro. They automatically put you on a subscription, and I was charged £39.90 twice. A staff member told me I would receive a full refund of £79, but I only received half.
The customer service team is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no idea what they are talking about and lack basic customer service skills. When I asked the representative for her name, she refused to provide it and sarcastically said, ‘Good luck finding out my name.’ I was misled about my refund, only to receive half of what I was promised.
This company is not helpful at all—just rude and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Absolutely disgusted by their service. They are thieves!
