The customer support service is top notch. Replies come quickly and always provide the direct solution. I would like to get this quaility from other companies as well, because it is helpful at its maximum what builds confidence in products and service.

I bought my EDrawMax license a couple of years ago.Not really expecting too much I got surprised from year to year. Whow, now it's a platform with a huge offer of all kinds of graphic samples and ready to go!

Having trouble to enter my account, my email was promptly answered. Ti took some contacts but finally a reset solved the technical problems by resetting the system. Short questions, fittin' answers from one side of the planet to the other! Thanks to the whole team.

I have been using Wondershare element since a year and have been delighted by the functionality of this software, much better than others I know. There was a small bug in the latest software update, but this was corrected within 24 hours after taking contact with the customer service, most friendly and super efficient. I strongly recommend Wondershare element to all those needing to juggle with pdf files.

Been using Filmora since April and I've enjoyed every moment of editing because of it. They offer so many options for video editing and it's very easy to navigate. Recently, I encountered some problems with my account and they were very helpful with solving them, they contacted me when they said they would and I really appreciate that.

I have been using Filmora for a year and have found it to be very good. I recently contacted the support for the first time. They responded quickly and were both helpful and professional.

I have two products that I have used for five years or so now, filmora and a video converter. The products have never crashed are user friendly and the interface is very intuitive. On the two occasions that I have needed customer service after upgrading and reinstalling, the service and support was fast and efficient, something not often found these days. I don't have vast experience with alternative products but these wondershare products do everything I need and more, including after sales service.

Excellent customer service support. I had issues using the voice over in filmora. While started recording, the video I wanted to comment on didn't start at all instead. The customer service gave me the link to click on for updating filmora. After updating it I have to say everything works great. So I have to say a big thank you. Great job

I had a good experience with customer support. On the recent update, there was a bug preventing me from saving custom templates. I received swift feedback after reporting the issue and a new update later.

Been using Wondershare for about 3 and a half years now and it just gets better and better. Easy to learn and easy to use with swift support when needed. Great software for those just stating out making movies as I was all that time ago.

I'm reviewing the one experience I had with Wondershare's customer service. A Filmora feature I often used had disappeared and I wanted to find out if I could re-enable it. It turns out it was removed so the friendly CustServ rep forwarded a request to the Dev team to reinstall it. BTW, CustServ response was quick and timely so no disappointments there either.
