Payment necessary to download a form

They made me enter my form and pretended like it was all going smooth. After 30mins of completing this form, they hit me with a $20 to download your form BS. They want me to sign up for a plan to export my form! Why is Google surfacing these kinds of shady websites! I have reported them on Google also!

Cannot Print Statement

I had tried their trial and entered 1 month worth of data. To print the report I was prompted to pay which I did. After paying I tried to PRINT, DOWNLOAD and EMAIL the statement and only received blank pages. Got a response which seemed to be canned and did not help with the problem. I have asked for a refund. So far no reply. I also cancelled.

Hey Peter, thanks for the feedback! Sorry for the inconveniences with you document :(
We respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Our Terms of Use specify that to apply for a refund, the user should provide an explanation of the reason for the refund request and confirmation of the error in the functioning of the software.

Could you kindly send us (info@pdfliner.com) a screenshot of the page where you are trying to print or download the document, but nothing appears? Then we will issue a refund.

To resolve this quicker, our suggestion would be to make a slight modification in your PDF file and try to download again, which will result in regeneration of the document.

We are waiting for your reply on info@pdfliner.com.

Intentionally Misleading Descriptions Mean Hidden Charges Await

I purchased a single-use service. When I tried to add a second signatory, the system prompted me to pay for a monthly or yearly plan. I contacted support which responded that more than one signer isn't included in a single-use plan. To support their assertion, they highlighted the following phrase in their product description: "Send 1 document for signature". I assume this was meant to read "Send document for 1 signature". I pointed this out and asked for a refund. Had this been an honest mistake, they'd have refunded and promptly edited their service description. Almost 3 weeks later and neither has happened. PDFLiner wasted hours of my time and in the end I needed to find another provider. Fraudulent and deceitful.

Hello! We sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have occurred. It seems that the Sinle Use plan involves utilizing a single document and sending it to obtain a signature from one user. We completely understand your discomfort with this situation and we want to make things right. Would you mind sending us an email to info@pdfliner.com so we can address this issue promptly? We value your feedback and want to ensure that everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Misleading. Spent 20min preparing DVLA form

Spent 20min preparing DVLA form. The web strongly suggested that I will be able to print it free of charge. Misleading. The information that you have to pay is hidden from the customers.

Hi Pawel!
Thanks a lot for providing your feedback. We offer a paid service, and a subscription is required to download (or print) a document. We don't offer a trial option, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
In case it could make things better, we could provide you with a discounted subscription offer.

I NEEDED TO FILL IN A D2 FORM FOR MY…

I NEEDED TO FILL IN A D2 FORM FOR MY HGV. WHICH THE PROGRAM ALLOWED WITHOUT STATING THAT AFTER SPENDING ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME FILLING IT IN, TO DOWNLOAD IT BY VARIOUS OTIONS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY.

I FOUND THIS TO BE QUITE DECITFUL AS THIS FORM CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED INA PHSICAL FORM FROM THE DVSA. I FEEL THE COMPANY HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF PEOP SUCHAS MYSELF NEEDING THE FORM TO BE AND FILLIONG IT IN. IF THEY HAD SAID THERE IS A CHARGE THEN I WOULD HAVE GONE TO ELSEWERE. WHY WASTE MINE AND YOUR TIME?

Hi! We are sorry for such a negative experience. Yes, we offer a paid service. We provide a PDF editor and a variety of ready to fill forms. And to use it, a user has to be registered and has a subscription.
Also, we provided you a free trial, during which there were no charges. And you could cancel it any time.
Again, sorry for misunderstandings.

I agree with previous user...DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I agree with previous user. I signed up tonight, started a document and came back to login and I am unable to log back in! I have tried numerous times, I have attempted to email "support". Every attempt results in an error. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! They have my credit card info and I want to cancel my subscription. I have attempted to contact them through linkedIn, Twitter, and facebook. They seem to be of Ukrainian origin but have a London address on their website and claim to be in Wilmington, Delaware on LinkedIn. This is so fishy. I am outraged!
