If I had the opportunity to rate this a 0 I would. Please do not download these movies app. It never stated that you were committed to a subscription instead it ask if you want to purchase for .99 cent I don’t know where is hidden fee $29.99 comes from. I contacted the Moore directly and I have not heard anything. I’m currently in the process of having my bank dispute discharge and requesting a new card that I have to go through all these obstacles off a scam. I’m looking into where they’re headquarter office is so I can file a complaint with their state Attorney General about fraud

Do not ever use this app! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Wow! I would put 0 star if it was possible. I used the app one time and paid for my one time use of the app which was around 2$. Then automatically, they charged me around 50$ for a monthly subscription!! NEVER USE THIS APP you have been warned!!!

SCAM: Automatic subcription NOT announced

Ho dovuto stampare un documento di urgenza per il lavoro. Soltanto oggi mi sono accorto di aver subito un FURTO di 49,90 euro per due mesi consecutivi. Nel processo di stampa, non era specificato da NESSUNA PARTE la partenza di un abbonamento automatico. E questo significa TRUFFA, in Europa. Detto da un italiano, voi siete il disonore peggiore per il popolo inglese, popolo di grande onore e prestigio. Rivoglio il mio denaro. RIDATEMI IL MIO DENARO.

I had to print an urgency document for the job. Only today I realized that I had suffered a THEFT of 49.90 euros for two consecutive months. In the printing process, NO PART specified the start of an automatic subscription. And that means SCAM, in Europe. To say it from an Italian, you are the worst disgrace to the English people, a people of great honour and prestige. I want my money back. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Used it once for 1€ and after 7 days i got charged 50€ for some kind of subscription. I never planned one nor saw a scheme of planning for a subscription. Wrote an email and currently waiting for the refund. The only planing they do is to scam you. Not recommended 👎.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They trick you into doing a one-off PDF conversion for $0.99 and in the fine print you are signing up for a 7day trial and if you dont email within 7 days you are charged $49.99 per month!!!

There is no way to cancel apart form by email and to date i have not had a response and i have not incurred my second monthly fee.

SCAM ! Paid $3.00 for this software to find out I'm on a monthly subscription $50US a month.
Requested refund which they agreed then received fraudulent receipt with no refund. SCAM!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! I supposedly received a "lifelong subscription" (having paid a fixed sum once) - and then I was still asked to pay for each document when using the app. When I complained about this, they simply cancelled my subscription which I had already paid for.

Don't trust them with Your Credit Card Info

I tried to cancel the "subscription" I wasn't told I was signing up for, they then charged my account an ADDITIONAL 2 charges 2 days later!! Customer service is a generic email with no help or resolution coming. This is a total scam, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!! I had to cancel my card to get the charges to stop.
Now, 3 days later and after 5 back and forths, they are claiming they have no record of the payments being taken, so are refusing to refund the "Subscription amounts they took FRAUDULENTLY!!

I only needed service once

I only needed service once, and I'm sure at the moment of purchase I wasn't informed that it's a subscription, it was written in an email that comes after one orders a service, so kinda legit, but a sneaky way to steal "legally" from me. I was offered a "lifetime plan" for free and when I said I'm not interested, another email came with assurance the money will be returned. Well, the money was returned for the last month, but I paid for 4 months without knowing until I noticed that. This is bad, they're deceiving the customers.

This company is such a scam

This company is such a scam. I signed up for $1.99 and nowhere did it say I would be charged an additional $49.99, yet I was charged. I tried to get a refund and they refuse to do that for me. Whoever runs this company needs to be investigated and put behind bars because I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s been scammed. This is ridiculous I’m a broke college student and 50 dollars actually means a lot to me. SCAM!!!!!! No one should ever use pdfguru this website SUCKS!

You DID NOT try to help, you sent the same template email over and over, which I stupidly fell for twice and sent you the required details. God knows what you are doing with those now.

My bank, a reputable, trustworthy organisation fortunately helped me with two refunds and I have since closed that account so you horrible individuals cannot steal any more money.
