Hello,

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We have carefully reviewed your account history to address your concerns regarding the charges.

Our records confirm that you initially signed up for the service in June 2022 and successfully canceled within the 14-day trial period at that time. As a result, no charges were applied following that cancellation.

However, we also found that a new subscription started in April 2024. This subscription remained active, as no cancellation request was completed for that account, and therefore it continued to renew every 4 weeks through March 2026, in accordance with the subscription terms.

As discussed during your call, we have now canceled the active subscription and processed a refund in line with our policy. The charge was made on March 11th and it was prorated since then. At this time, no further charges will occur. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue additional refunds beyond what has already been processed, as the previous charges fall outside of our refund policy.

For your reference, we have attached a screenshot of the emails sent from our system, which shows the timeline of when your account was created, canceled in 2022, and later reactivated in 2024 and then canceled again today. This was all sent to you via email. We'll happily forward the offical cancellation again. Please verify your Spam or Junk Mail folder as it could've been transfered there.

We understand this situation may be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify your account activity.
