Misleading pricing
Very misleading service offering a cheap initial "trial" and then starting to charge a reoccurring monthly charge of about £45.
Luckily I noticed after a few months but support was unable to offer a full refund despite me not using the service since the initial use.
Looking at other reviews, it appears many other customers were caught by the same issue, but apparently no steps have been taken to address this (e.g. clear reminder before initial monthly charge).
Be very wary of this product and company!

if there was a mark lower i would use it charged me a £1 one month £49.95 another and attempted to charge me £49.99 another now block by bank and app deleted. With some of the work I do on the computer I have quite a few windows open, yours appeared without my asking for it, whether I clicked something I don't know, but a month later I find myself with your bill, I I know that I confirmed nothing

I have tried to cancel this…several time
I have tried to cancel this subscription and they refuse to cancel it. I had a link for unsubby when I tried to cancel and now I have been stuck with both. I now had to go to rocket money to cancel PDF Simpli. Do not use PDFSimpli.

I paid for a one-off document…
I paid for a one-off document translation - on the 10th April, today, 25th April, I have been charged £49.95 on my PayPal account - for what I do not know. I have opened a query with PayPal & contacted the company - please ensure you cancel authorisation of recurring payments after one off use!! I will update the review on the resolution hopefully

Didn't work and when I asked for a refund they stated I didn't have an account with them. Funny how I can log in to their website but the say I don't exist. Be aware this company is off shore so you might want to find a different website.
