Brilliant customer service!
i would highly recommend PDK. I was posted out the wrong puzzle, same puzzle, but wrong sized puzzle pieces for a friends 8yr old daughter. I rang and spoke to their customer service team and the matter was resolved within 24hrs with the right puzzle posted, and a refund for the postage paid to return the item. They were polite, and the parcel arrived well packaged and very quickly. I found them online by accident, and am very pleased I did, I would definitely use them again!
