This company is a joke. I ordered something a month and a half ago, and it has been out for delivery for 22 days. No answer whatsoever when contacting their 'customer support' service. Stay away.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. On Temu, my order says delivered. The pictures they took is obviously not my home. They just took the pictures somewhere else and probably just kept it for themselves. Temu should blacklist this company. They do not respond to your email. The phone number they listed on Temu is not in service.

I think this company deserves a little more credit than these reviews entail.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this delivery service.
I highly recommend them, I received ally packages in mint condition 👍🏽Lisa Depratto

Scam shipping

If you care for your customers or your business, do not ship with this company as it is fraudulent. As many others have said it, your package will never arrive. They just steal them. No form of contact. Just ask for a refund.

Bad delivery services

My package was left outside on the street and got lost. Although marked as “delivered,” this method was unsafe and unacceptable.

They drop the package in a hallway…

They drop the package in a hallway shared by hundereds of people and then send a image (proof) of the package laying in front of the sign saying that you CANNOT leave packages in this area. It is like they are mocking you. Offcourse the package is gone by the time I get home.

SCAM: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Based on the reviews and my experience, it feels like they are just STEALING packages and holding them hostage forever. If you ordered something and they used PDN for shipping, request a refund and send a link to the trustpilot reviews for why. ZERO communication on any form of contact (email, phone, text). Had one typo in my address and they marked it as a failed delivery. Emailed and called several times over several days but phone number is disconnected and email is useless as well. They have my package but will keep it for themselves. This happened in Canada btw. This company deserves to be ABOLISHED and investigated by the police.

A delivery made Oct 5 was tampered with. My package was opened, contents removed and package very poorly taped back together. Value was over $200. I have sent numerous emails to PDN with no response. I have security camera footage showing delivery person delivering a flat envelope.

Package not delivered due to postal code

I had a package coming from Temu as it is in a new community the postal code confirmed by Canada Post was incorrect, however, all they had to do is put my address in the GPS and they would find my address?? Instead they say incorrect cant deliver?? Anyone with a maps app or a GPS could see my address regardless of incorrect postal code - Even Canada Post delivers if the postal code is incorrect as there is not more than one of my address in all of Calgary. Also their contact phone number says not taking messages and hangs up and the email address noted to contact is bogus - not a real email address

Joke of a business

The driver marked the package as delivered and made photos of it on the floor. I dont recognise the location, it's not my building. I was home and they never rang the bell. I mention it to customer service and they say it's delivered and they suggest I check the cameras to figure out where it is... Is this a joke? I have no cameras?!...

If you know that your package is in their hands, consider it lost.

The delivery person left my package on the ground outside my building, which houses 120 apartments, and then took a photo to prove the delivery, which obviously didn't happen. The company used this photo to justify the delivery and claim it as proof. A package left on the ground outside a building. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I should ask the seller for a refund, as they won't cover it. Ridiculous.

PDN00330667520

PDN00330667520 - the package (which was clothing to the value of EUR50) was left outside my building on the street and confirmed as delivered. The front door is automatically open during daylight hours and my phone is connected to the second door to buzz people in. Despite this, the deliveror left the package outside, where it was stolen. The Company then told me that it was not their fault as the package had been "safely delivered" and perhaps I was better to check with my neighbours.

Ridiculous. You have one basic job to do (with communication) and you are incapable.

Deceptive Company with Lazy Carriers will Hold Your Package hostage and mark it as undeliverable

PDN Express Canada is a deceptive company with lazy carrier, no follow-up and contact number. They will hold your package hostage and refuse to deliver. They will not respond to your emails.

The customer services numbers listed on their website does not work.
They do not respond to emails.

They are holding my package hostage. The delivery carrier keeps marking my package as "Customer did not answer buzzer" but they never called my buzzer.
The photo proof they posted is from inside their deliver car with my package in their hand.

Not so bad

It was the first time getting a parcel from AliExpress via PDN and I was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but I got my parcel without issues in The Netherlands.

I must say that I stayed home to sign for it as I was afraid of them just leaving the parcel hanging from the letterbox. Maybe the issues come from situations where the recipient is not home.

Disgusting company

Hard to imagine how this outfit can still be in business. How do you even contact them. They don’t answer emails, phone. Can’t find any address. Now I've been waiting for more than a month for a package that was in Toronto, now seems to be in Montreal, but hasn’t moved for two weeks. Whatever you do avoid at all cost

I’ve been ordering packages from abroad…

I’ve been ordering packages from abroad for years, mainly from China through AliExpress. Normally, these are delivered by PostNL, DHL, or more recently also by Peddler. But today, for the first time, it was delivered by PDN Express. And what did they do? They forced the package through the mailbox slot. It got completely stuck, I could hardly get it out, and the contents ended up damaged and bent. What a bunch of amateurs.
