Absolutely love the PDSA, am SO appreciative of their excellent service to help people with their pets . My wee dog means so much to me but without the services of Pdsa there’s no way I could afford veterinary care for him 🙏🏼

Great experience and guidance on treatment

The vet was wonderful with my dog Oscar and adjusted Oscar’s meds instead of just giving him a repeat prescription for the same medication he has been on for 3 years x. I had also brought my new pet cat that ive just rescued and they were wonderful with her hopefully she will be better soon xx

The veteran nurses are always so kind and caring, make me feel at ease every time I go in with Billy. He has a lot of health conditions and I know with out the pdsa I wouldn't be able to keep up with veteran bills.

The staff have been very supportive the vets are a god send . Overall they made me feel better and confident.

The vet/nurse was lovely, so sympathetic and understanding.
Clean and friendly surgery. Got a plan to fix my wee cats teeth. Use this surgery for years with my pets. Always understanding.

The staff here clearly care about animals and I feel better supported than from a private outfit, at a fraction of the price.

PDSA do a great job always polite professional vets I have taken my dog to Aston vet hospital from a puppy she was spayed and treated for a cut paw and had all her injections and treated for ear infection and it's always affordable thank you all

Very professional and understanding of diffrent people and pets needs

The service from the Coventry Branch was exceptional. It was sad news for my cat Shadow 16 with a mass in intestines. They were sensitive and kind. They saved Shadows life several years ago when he had a bladder operation and then it had to be done again... I will be forever grateful

I have registered with PDSA now for second time, my dog has some health issues and they have helped me a lot with this, appointments have been easy to make online and they always contact me soon after, great service I have been very glad to have them.

The PDSA are the best team of professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They have helped me with my last dog. Also with Tara, she’s a joy and it’s all because of the PDSA! They removed her back leg and since then she’s been so happy and pain free.

We should be very thankful to PDSA for helping people to take care of their pets. Some of us are on benefits or low incomes, carers etc. we all have reasons why we need to use PDSA but imagine if we didn’t have them! We’d never be able to fully take care of our pets, and we know how much we love our pets! They help us tremendously and stop certain people from committing suicide or other mental or physical health problems. So Thank you PDSA!

Absolute god send having this locally! The staff are all so lovely, non judgemental & kind. They always appreciate any donation.
Most importantly everyone is charged fairly! Unlike other vets in the area. Vets need to take notice and follow suit. Never go anywhere else now. X
