My order arrived a few days ago, it was absolutely beautiful! It's a gift for my sister in law, I was missing an item for my order but sent an email and was replied to within 15 minutes and was sorted immediately! Amazing customer service. I'm very happy with everything and will be ordering again in the future!

Great products and good prices. Just our shipment went a bit strange and got split up and we didn’t get everything on time but we got it all eventually after an email to the team who were very quick and helpful

The video wedding book was really good and my wife loved it but the service was shocking, paid extra £10 for it to be delivered by a certain date which it arrived 4 days later. My video had not been downloaded until in to the second day into expected delivery date, I was told I would get a refund for postage but never received nothing.

Great product, really high quality and prompt delivery for a custom order.

Arrived very quickly. I really liked the pages where you place the photos. Good quality and you have a lot of flexibility in how you can place your photos.

However, I expected better quality for the album box and the cover. The box's corner was a bit bent (probably from transportation). The cover was either unglued or not well-glued in the first place.
