I am writing this review about the…

I am writing this review about the Glenwood branch of Peach State Federal Credit Union.

I previously had an account at this branch and requested to close it. The representative assisting me told me she was unable to close the account at that time for some reason. I also clearly requested that I no longer receive statements, as I did not plan to use the account anymore.

A few months later, I received a statement showing a negative balance and a notice stating that my account would be reported to ChexSystems. I returned to the branch to ask for an explanation. The manager informed me that even though the account had a zero balance, I was still responsible for statement fees — fees I did not request and was not properly informed about.

Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. It felt like there was resistance to closing the account, and the communication regarding fees was unclear.

Peach State Solutions

Daniel’s company, Peach State Solutions is one of our most trusted referral partners. They are a full service, quality firm in a space where that's increasingly rare. Submissions are always complete and reviewed beforehand, as to not waste anyone's time. It's a pleasure working with someone who is always willing to take a pragmatic approach to finding the best possible solution for a client, and is able to clearly communicate those solutions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for business funding.
