Lovely looking gift BUT
Lovely looking gift. Was grateful to receive firm my friend. But the chocolate is bad. Not tempered. Bitty. Soft. Cheap chocolate. Honestly like when my kids melt and make chocolate in to shapes.

Excellent service. They have a lot to offer and beautiful products, I ordered Eid countdown chocolate calendars in various designs, Eid gift bags, chocolates and sweets from their website. Delivery was fast and i had a small free gift inside my package which i thought was a really kind touch. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend :)
Their website was attractive so I decided to place order only to be disappointed. I ordered hug in a box hamper and a separate love and dua box, for 2 different recipients. When the items arrived the love and dua box had been placed inside the hamper with the hamper chocolates missing. So I contacted them via email and had a quick response and the chocolates were sent out immediately...ok so, so far good experience.
Night before I was going to see the recipients I was repackaging the hamper up again, because had to add the 30 piece chocolates and take out the love and dua box for a different recipient. As I had the hamper open I unwrapped the mug which was covered in wrapping paper, as I wanted the mug on display. Only to find it was a plain bluish stoneware mug brought from Tescos. It was nothing like the one advertised (white mug with gold lantern design) which was the reason I ordered the hamper. The candle also advertised was different, but I wasnt too fussed about this. Apart from the box it came in and the sweet jar nothing matched the picture advertised. So false advertising.
As I had no time to replace the items I had to give the hamper as received the recipient was also not impressed.
I have contacted Peacock supplies over a week ago on Monday 6th October, about it via email, like when I had asked for the chocolates to be sent and they responded. But this time they seem to blank me and not respond. I have left feedback review on the website when asked and it seems to have been taken down. But no effort to contact me inregards to my experience. Such a shame, as I thought I would most likely be a repeat customer when I initially saw their website. And honest reviews are not appreciated by them, even though I commended them on their quick response to the missing chocolates. They could have saved a bad review by simply responding to me to show they care about their customers.
I used Peacock Supplies for the first time and they were great.
The order was confirmed with order number straightaway, I had a query after I placed my order and they responded within 24hrs. The items arrived within 48hrs as per their terms and you could track your delivery.
They have a wide selection of items to choose from, their customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations.
