We were lucky enough to have been given Irene Dunne's contact information at 4:56 PM on a Friday. I was so impressed that she not only picked up her phone but started working immediately to resolve a complex finance problem. She was communicative and kept us informed throughout the process and operated with a sense of urgency on our behalf, escalating the matter up the chain of command with no prompting. We finance in excess of one million dollars per year in our business and we will always work with Irene first going forward. She saved Marlin our business as we were going to drop Marlin as our first choice for financing.

Lease was absurdly expensive. Won't let me buy out the equipment early (other than pay the ENTIRE future value of the lease, which is absurd). The equipment cost MAX $5,000, and my annual lease payments are $13,000, for 5 years!
