Horrible Experience
I placed an order for 2 pairs of Lorax Pro Barefoot shoes in women's size 8/8.5. One pair was white/pink and the second black/white. I received 2 identical pairs of white/pink shoes in women's size 5. No where on their website or in placing my order was I made aware that these shoes would be sent from China and returning them would cost me postage back to place of shipment. The only customer response I get is the mailing address to return.

The customer service has been wonderful, and the product is great. The tracking for shipping is a bit delayed, but again nothing we can't deal with. We have already ordered the hiking shoes to try out.

When I first put them on, l leaned back a bit and felt my heels. They made me stand straighter which was a good surprise! When I’m walking in them, I don’t feel my small bunion or my arch because there is no pain at all. I really appreciate these shoes and I am so happy I got two pairs!

They are miracle for my feet
They are miracle for my feet. I've ordered 8 pairs love the shoes
I have one issue the shoes are great but I wear a 39 I've ordered two different sets and they feel like 38 and I don't understand the ones I've ordered are 39 that's been my problem with the 39s fitting tight which they shouldn't. Otherwise I enjoy the shoes.

The WORST, WHAT A SCAM
This is one of my worst experiences in life. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. And they won't let me return them to an address in the US. They keep telling me I have to send back to an address in China. That will cost me 50 dollars to do so. Using an address in the states and the have several is only 29 bucks. They keep offering money of of my next purchase and there will not be a next purchase. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable poorly made, they are like glorified water shoes. What a scam. Even after responding to my feedback that I left on trust pilot this company has still not refunded me money. They preach the product is suppose to be great super comfortable and affordable. We'll it is not and im stuck with it and oit like 150 bucks. To ship back to China and they have addresses in the US they are only kidding and making it more impossible to retrieve my refund. They never state returns go back to China. What a 3rd world company.

The shoes were not what they were built…
The shoes were not what they were built up to be!!! They were very disappointing! They were very uncomfortable, they even had little holes in the bottoms of the shoes. They may be fine to wear in a city, on concrete, sidewalks, etc. But, definitely not to wear in grass, rock driveways, dirt, etc. We did not like these shoes at all! It was also very difficult communicating with customer service. It took over 7 emails for them to finally give a correct address to ship the shoes back! Then, it wasn't even where they came from or where the home office is, but China, and at our expense. We finally received our refund about a month after sending the shoes back.
