I am 73 and I absolutely love my Peaks
I am 73 and I absolutely love my Peaks. I have 3 pair and I am getting ready to order my 4th. I want them in every color! I am a walker. I try to walk a couple miles everyday. These have made such a difference with the strength in my legs. I don’t get as tired and I can walk longer and farther than before. I recently went on a cruise and I could not believe how many women I ran into with peaks on when we were out on our excursions hiking through the rain forest in Grand Turks and throughout the city of Puerto Rico. I am so glad I found these.

I have serious foot problems
I have serious foot problems, as I am an active 69 year old woman, who has always played tennis, now pickleball, hiked, traveled, etc. 2 years ago it all came to a screeching haut when I got 6-9 tears of faschia in each foot, and had surgery on a tendon that was crushing a nerve (which left one foot numb). My Dr said to wear the 2 most popular shoes out with a lot of cushioning. It has taken 2 years to walk without a cane. I bought your shoes after reading reviews, and thought, why not? I’ve tried everything. OMgoodness, these are the most comfortable shoes ever! I only wear them in the house on my tile floors, and still wear the cushioned ones for outside, for now. After 5 days, my feet feel amazing. Thank you so much. I love them!

I have been told by many I walk better. Need hip replacement have had knee replacement and 4 ruptured discs in my back. So I was pleasantly surprised when I tried on Peak footwear. What a difference they make.

Scam company! Not in the USA!
They sent the wrong size. Poor quality. Not American company. I don't believe all of these positive reviews are real. This is a scam. They know people can not pay for shipment to China. It will cost me the same amount of more than I paid for the shoes to return them. I'll never buy again.

Replacement without return
I have previously purchased two pairs of shows from Peak-Footwear. Getting the size right is difficult and the return policy basically stinks (purchaser must pay to send shoes back to China, about a $40 cost). After the 2nd pair also didn't fit, with much back and forth, they finally agreed to provide me with a replacement for the 2nd pair, at no cost and allowed me to keep the previous two pairs, which I have donated to a homeless shelter. The 3rd pair fits fine. Be careful what size you order, it is not likely to coincide with your normal US shoe size.

Dont order shoes online
I ordered three pairs of Peak footwear, three different styles, when they had a buy two get one free program. That ended up being three pairs of shoes for $99 Plus tax. Their measuring instructions encouraged you to put your foot on a piece of paper on the floor with your heel against the wall and mark the end of your toe and each side of your foot then measure those dimensions. Then you go to the size chart for each different style of shoe and based on your measurements determine which size of shoe you order for each style. Each style of shoe has a different size chart, which I find strange. However, I made the mistake of not following their measuring and sizing instructions and simply chose a half size larger than my regular shoe size. Then, when my shoes arrived, I discovered they were all too small for me. At that point I decided to try measuring rules and discovered I should have ordered a size 8 in one shoe, a 7 1/2 and another shoe, and the third style didn't even give me a size chart to go by. Keep in mind that I wear a 6 1/2 typically in an American shoe. Upon realizing what I had done, I read the return instructions and discovered that because my incorrect sizes were my fault and not their fault I was going to have to pay return shipping to China. This is per their policy. I contacted them by email, as that is the only way to contact them, and I must admit they were very prompt in responding to all of my follow-up emails, typically within a few hours. That is to their credit. I admitted to them in a customer service email that I was the one who made the mistake and they agreed to give me either 30 or 50% off a new pair. But they could not give me all my money back unless I returned the shoes to China at my expense, which upon investigation with FedEx was going to be between $312 and a little over $400 just to ship them back to China, which will not happen for obvious reasons. Another problem here is that I agreed to pay overtime with the payment plan through Affirm which has not yet started. I am trying to get that payment plan stopped but at this point in time I have not been successful. The lesson here is if they want you to measure your feet a certain way before purchase, do it. Had I done this in the beginning, I probably never would have ordered the shoes because the different sizing amongst the different styles is very strange. Now I will probably be stuck with three pairs of shoes that I cannot wear, I cannot return to China as too expensive, and I will not get my money back on unless I sell them individually through another outlet such as Facebook Marketplace. MY LESSON HERE...NEVER ORDER SHOES ONLINE. THEY WILL PROBABLY COME FROM ASIA.
