I have been dealing with Peak Imaging for at least 20 years mainly as a professional photographer and could not be more pleased with their fast and high quality service!
I no longer offer my studio portraiture customers the option to buy the digital files from me, for the specific reason that they are highly unlikely to use a print lab which offers the quality of Peak Imaging prints. They make white backgrounds look perfectly white, whereas high street lab prints often show a colour cast, looking 'muddy' by comparison.
On the occasions when I've needed to call the lab to discuss specific requirements, I have mostly spoken to Lee who is always exceptionally helpful and seems to know the answer to any question imaginable!

The quality of the prints is excellent and delivery is speedy. I’ve been using Peak Imaging for years and have never been disappointed. The website though has always been clunky and difficult to navigate, which is a shame because I’m sure it can turn potential new customers off.

Fantastic friendly service, Annette gave clear instructions; superb quality slides developed and safely packaged - all back to me via post within 36 hours! Cannot recommend enough! Wonderful to have found such a top quality company who care about its customers.
I am packaging the 2nd lot of slides off to them as we speak (and the carton I'm using was sent to me free with my last delivery). Very happy.

I would just like to say that sending film online has really always made me nervous. It's scary enough handing your undeveloped film over a counter or even doing it yourself in the dark room as a beginner but putting it through the post box feels even worse. Nevertheless, my first time doing it was with Peak Imaging and I'm so impressed how fast it was done. No long wait and when I received them they were perfect. I'd damaged one of my roles of film but sent it anyway and they even sent back a little note asking if I wanted to discuss the damage with one of the technicians. I honour the companies transparency, efficiency and skill. Thank you very much! I will be sending plenty more film. - ALSO very good price, have searched endlessly to find a place that won't punish me financially for choosing analogue over digital!

Impeccable prints both times I've used this team! Very helpful on the telephone and faithfully sent through a job that I needed at short notice. Well recommended!

Lee assisted me to get photos processed of my Siamese cats and they came out wonderful. Very professional service and very fast delivery. Would definately use again.

I checked on the internet for printer lab reviews and found 'Peak Imaging' well rated and so I gave them a try. I uploaded an image and ordered a 12"x 8" digital print, I was surprised when it turned up in the next mornings post, it was very well packed/protected and the quality of the print was superb. I would certainly recommend the company and will definately use them for any further printing that I may require

Quick service, good prices, great quality prints. I have had two jobs done from these guys now and they look beautiful.
