Outstanding experience with Peak Demand

Outstanding experience with Peak Demand. Before we worked with them, our phones were ringing off the hook and we couldn't get patients booked in quickly enough. They built us a healthcare voice AI receptionist integrated with TELUS CHR (TELUS Collaborative Health Record) — a difficult API ecosystem — with real bridge-layer integration and careful workflow design around our scheduling and referral booking. Alex's hands-on support was epic: incredibly responsive (Sunday morning, Sunday night) and technically astute. Highly recommend.
