I used several tubes of Everest Xtreme hybrid sealant in a tube to fill joints between timber cladding on a summerhouse last autumn. Since the start of the good weather this May the product has rolled out of the horizontal joints & made a complete mess of the summerhouse to the point that I now need to take off all of it which will take about a week. I told Peak Hardware about the problem a couple of weeks ago & basically they have washed their hands of it even though it clearly states in the USES on the tube that the product was suitable. They told me they have had problems with the CLEAR sagging but not the WHITE that I used. I would advise anybody who is looking to use this product to get it in writing that the specific application that they are using it for is suitable prior to purchasing it.
