Shaun at Peak Hi Fi always gives of his best! I stumbled across him just over a year ago and since then, through a number of transactions he has never been short of excellent! My latest one is the purchase of a single Siltech cable to replace a damaged one. Siltech don't normally supply single cables, but Shaun got 'em to do just that, for which I will be eternally gratefully! They ain't cheap!

I have purchased a Michell Giro SE with Sumiko Wellfleet cartridge and also recently a pair of Chartwell LS6f speakers from Peak HiFi. Shaun’s service is exemplary. He loaned me a pair of similar speakers to try at home and then delivered my new speakers. He is honest and provides an enjoyable buying experience with first class service. Well worth visiting his rural audition room near Sheffield to discuss your requirements for honest and unbiased advice with no pressure sales. He also part exchanged my old record deck and speakers for a reasonable price. his advice and recommendations have now provided me with a great system upgrade that I enjoy everyday.

I have visited Shaun at Peak Hifi a number of times over the last few years.
What I have received is sensible practical advice about developing my hi systems, always without “pushiness” if there is such a word!
I have bought several products and found the customer service to be exceptional.

If you are looking for quality hi-fi products covering a range of prices, you can't go wrong with Peak HiFi. I was there recently having not heard of them previously, and their customer service is excellent, along with the tea. There is a relaxing environment and Shaun provides plenty of advice without any hard-sell. He even cleaned one of my records for me. He is happy to explore alternatives without pushing your budget, which is how I ended up buying my speakers. There are no parking problems either.
Highly recommended.

Whilst browsing the internet I stumbled across the
peak hifi site,I was looking to buy a turntable when I saw that they could put my old Garrard 401 in a custom made plinth. So I visited peak hifi and met the wonderful owner Mr Shaun Daniels,I think I was with him over three hours. It ended up with me purchasing an SMD custom made slate plinth for my 401, a phono stage pre amp, a sugden a21se amplifier and a pair of Neat acoustics iota alpha speakers the required inter connects and speaker cables etc and also a granite hifi rack.when all my purchases were ready mr daniels delivered them to my home address and set everything up with me.I cannot thank him enough,the service he provides at peak hifi is second to none, i would recommend peak hifi to anyone looking for genuine hi end hifi.

I have purchased several pieces of equipment (Sugden/Michell/Ortofon, etc.) over the last year or so from Peak HiFi and on every occasion have been extremely pleased with the level of service provided.
Shaun Daniels - the company owner who is also an acoustic engineer - has always provided sound advice and guidance without bias and with due regard to my budget.
My system components are now well matched and the combination performs to a most satisfactory level - to say the least!
Excellent, friendly and professional service and I will continue to utilise Peak for any of my hifi needs in the future.

I've visited many Hi-Fi companies over the years, and Shaun's was one of the absolute best. It is undoubtedly the best way to buy Hi-Fi equipment, and the knowledge, patience and service are exemplary.
