What a phenomenal three day journey into the Multifamily Mindset. Major pieces of the puzzle I needed (because I am in the multifamily arena) were provided in these workshops.
Eric Chadderdon shared his soul. I will always remember the 27 LOIs before closing his first deal. He is an unbelievable time and people management guru.

Everything was fine but!
If I bought tickets to see AC/DC but they didn’t show up and the opening band played who were great this is what my experience was.
All was great but I never heard from Tyler!
This is what I was told when we signed up in Burbank.
This is who I was wanting to see.
My wife didn’t join for this reason.
She was coming later Thursday but didn’t.

The information provided during the 3 day class was great information, however the focus on upselling took a lot of time away from the 3- Day Course. Also the cost to obtain membership was costly and they offered no financing options and no guarantees. You only have access to the network for 12 months after such a large investment.

This is a family of amazing, motivational and inspirational people whom are already incredibly successful and are willing to show us how to do the same. My wife and I feel so blessed and honored to be part of the Multifamily Mindset mentoring program. We are very excited and look forward to our journey.

Erick was an amazing speaker on so many levels. He gave us a wealth of insights. He was genuine and caring.

My experience to this point was excellent. The three-day training was packed with tons of information that was presented and explained very well. Our Instructor, Eric, masterfully presented the information and patiently explained the details. I personally enjoyed this three-day training experience.

Good for people completing new with no experience, but I didn’t learn much. I was hoping to practice more underwriting, network, and meet sponsors. There’s a sales pitch at every event, but it was overkill and I didn’t like how it went til almost 7pm. 10-11 hour days is a lot. I didn’t feel it was worth my time to go the 3rd day.

Was a highly educational weekend. The coaches were excellent, answered all questions taught step by steps actions to take to close deals. The other participants were excellent to network with. And is a highly organized program.

The handouts, presentations, teachings, videos, individual strategists, etc., made my experience great.
This company is doing well by making hands-on-practice available to each new individual that commits to learning and doing multifamily real estate instead of single-family real estate.

Learned a lot from great gentleman Jim Anderson. Launching a corporation to create funds for quick approvals in place of sponsors which are hiding behind next step

The Multifamily team really made me feel comfortable. Eric and all the strategists couldn’t have been any nicer. Jed sat down with me and spent a lot of time answering all my questions as did Eric. They are all very experienced and currently in making deals in the Multifamily space. I would highly recommend this program to anyone serious about going into this profession. With all the information and support it is definitely worth the price.

Speaker was impactful, realistic, and knowledgeable. The team was personable and encouraging, and low pressure. I felt like they needed me in the organization, and I could participate in a way that was exciting and meaningful to me. The 3 day workshop was intensive and worthwhile on its own.
