Great value for the price. As opposed to most groups. You guys give actual actionable information. A lot of it. versus most companies that on purpose talk a lot but there is not much actionable information.

I recently attended the 3-day workshop and it was an incredible experience! Jim Anderson was absolutely fantastic, lively, engaging, and full of valuable insights that kept everyone motivated and involved throughout the sessions. I learned so much in just three days that I decided to take the next step and sign up for the 1-year mentorship program. It’s definitely an investment, but I’m confident it will be worth every penny once I start closing some deals.

One thing that made this experience great is that Tyler actually taught the workshop. I have been to a number of events and never saw the face of the person pushing the event actually teach it. I learned so much in 3 days. The nicest thing about this event was the environment and the relevant, actionable information being provided. Demystifying Multifamily Real Estate: A Workshop That Delivered!!
Over the course of just three days, I felt as though I received the equivalent of a 12-week intensive class in multifamily business processes. It was an exceptionally efficient use of my time and money. I have invested in residential and retail properties without really understanding what it takes to make a deal happen or how the return was calculated. And I have trusted my friends in these deals but have been the least familiar with real estate terminology and the detailed breakdown of its operational steps. This workshop helped me gain clarity and comfort in a domain I previously considered high-risk. As a result, my confidence in navigating the real estate space has significantly improved. My only improvement for the training by Tyler D. is to use less expletives. I really appreciated the care and concern shared by the Team to make this workshop happen and be a great experience.
