I like the manual. I believe the Purchase and Sales agreement should had been included. However, I liked the information overall. We left late each evening though.

The 3 day bootcamp exceeded our expectations in value. Jim explained things well and answered all questions. Aaron, Corey, Rich, Cyndi, and Tiffany all provided such great perspective and were so gracious in their sharing. Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and explore the Multifamily Mindset.

Eric chadderdon delivered more information than I ever imagined possible. 3 days of intense learning. He had professional answers for every question asked. It was a fun and informative 3 days. Had a great time.

Loved the class! Lots of education and information crammed within a 24hr period.
Useful for obtaining property and other every day life activities.

Aggressive, kind of cheesy sales tactics that took away from the authenticity of Tyler's stories.

There is definitely value in what's offered but the disconnect came from listening to someone talk about themselves for 24 hours and not take some of that time to genuinely get to know the people in the room. Especially if asking for $40k of their money.

One of the biggest reasons people stay in a unit is because they feel like they are a part of a community so spending some time to engage with the audience would"ve made more of a difference.

But I definitely see the value in MFM.

Tyler and his team are awesome. Had such a wonderful and enlightening time working through the MFM training. I will give this program all i got. I'm super pumped. Many mahalos and thanks🤙

I really appreciate the energy and positivity that Tyler and his team bring to this training. What stands out most to me is Tyler’s honesty—he makes it clear that your success depends on you. Still, having someone with the experience and knowledge to guide you makes a world of difference. The true value lies in their system, and if you know this is the right path, it’s worth the investment.

The MFM has opened my eyes beyond single-family real estate. I always believed single-family homes were the way to go—and they do work—but MFM takes it to the next level. It’s the kind of strategy that can set you up for early retirement, as long as you’re committed to putting in the work.

If I had the funds right now, I would love to join the mentorship program. I just hope I’ll have the chance to join later when I’m financially ready. “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”

The energy and passion that Tyler and his awesome team share is inspiring. Their combined knowledge is somewhat intimidating but they are all so down to earth. It gives me hope that I will succeed as they have.

Tyler is extremely charismatic and detailed in his information. Very professional! I had a very good learning experience and looking forward to more training on buying apartments.

I appreciate that Eric is going into death but at a pace to that let's us stay on track. Examples and experiences of the fails and the wins. Integrity and honestly is huge for us. We know this will take us out of comfort zone. This 3 day shows us the foundation the first steps.
The strategist meetings are very helpful. Jacob was very easy to talk with.

The Fedens (Fae den)

First and foremost, I am a very punctual person, and the teachers and the strategist, and the event coordinator are all on time every time I appreciate that the teachings are full of real world experiences and useful tools. I have been to some other seminars where it was just raw raw and no meat this has been exactly the opposite. Eric does a great job of teaching he’s enthusiastic. He’s very intelligent very visual which helps me learn from him, my strategist Jacob just by getting to know him a little bit. I can tell that he is just a straight up really good man and I look forward to working with him in the future.

MFM has really done a good job in providing us with as much information as possible in the workshop. Erik did a fantastic job taking us through the process. I have had nothing but good follow up from the team and look forward to diving in more.

Tons of information and the chance to network with like minded people

The three days were amazing my background in construction project management and controller cost accounting can help me in this career change I am on unemployment currently and used my last to come to the class. Worth everything I have! I can guarantee I am moving forward as soon as possible this is an opportunity of a lifetime! My take away from this is the next step is to
Pay for school. I went to school to learn accounting I will need to invest to go to be mentored in this new business. Thank you! Kari

I did not appreciate the deceptive methods used to get people into the seminar. We were not told about the continued need for additional charges for joining the network

I received a lot of informative, information. The staff were very helpful in answering questions. making you feel important. No question was a bad question.
