Helping Mum's mobility

Helping Mum's mobility

We are getting physio sessions from Peak Physiotherapy to help mum maintain her mobility, and to push back the day she gives up walking with her zimmerframe. They are providing 3 domiciliary sessions a week (with one session as massage to identify and try remediate pain/inflammation trigger points, to help reduce mum's dependence on painkillers for her arthritis).

Their staff show empathy, are coping with mum's dementia that sometimes means she needs persuasion and with her minimal English skills.

After a couple months of sessions, I am glad we took the plunge - Physiotherapy prices are daunting but we are seeing positive results.
