My best mate had a pond delivered and it cracked after 3 days the glass did. I build ponds and after careful inspection , the glass had not been siliconed in properly, there wasnt even a brace , it looked like a kid had siliconed it in it was that messy, the fibreglassing was apauling , it had bubbled after 2 days and usually this can be detrimetal to fish id say over a time period of over 12 months because then when the fibreglass comes away there are pockets that then contaminate and poison the fish killing them. This guy has a lot to answer for , he took my mates money and robbed him , he lives in buxton and we know where he lives and karma will get him very soon, its very sad there are people lile him , he didnt even use laminated glass , hes a complete fraud , DO NOT USE AVOID AVOID AVOID AND IF THERE WAS NO STARS THATS WHAT HIS RATING WOULD BE , HES A RAT !

I bought a pond from this guy , i had it on a perfectly level base as i used a spirit level , when it came i didnt like tbe workmanship , it was hurrendously poor and after two days the glass cracked right down the centre , i tried to contact him and he wouldnt give me my money back , he robbed me of 1200 pounds , said that the base was wrong and not sighted correctly. Absolute bulls##t ! He didnt use laminated glass , it wasnt even the correct thickness , the fibreglass in the pond had bubbled which in time causes pockets and can kill your fish , he robbed me blind , and wouldnt give me my money back. Hes a horrible person and so is his wife lisa , funny isnt it when someone provides you with a faulty product your accused of harassment and blocked on messanger and you cant ring them, ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS , THIS MAN WILL PAY EVENTUALLY , ITS CALLED KARMA ! AND YOU WILL NOT HIDE BEHIND NEW COMPANY NAMES , YOU ARE BEING WATCHED ! YOU ARE A SCAMMER

I bought a pond from this company and what can i say.. Absolute disgrace.
Was told up to 4 weeks to deliver ended up taken 6 weeks. It arrived with all scratches on it and the man told me to just get some spray paint. I was also told i have to wait another 10 days before i put any water in it. After them 10 days i was filling it up bit by bit. And what a surprise the window started leaking. So i had to start emptying it again.
I had to get someone to come and seal it properly as i couldn't be bothered to try and return. The workmanship that's gone into these ponds are absolutely terrible.
Avoid at all costs.
Not even made straight. Absolutely a mess.
If anyone wants to see the picture of the mess get in contact i have about 150..
Don't do the same thing as me and make the mistake.
Avoid.

Reply: no i did not start to fill in "there and then" i waited as told. Filled it up bit by bit as stated. Quite sad that they've decided to lie and make up stuff on a reply. I suggest you ask your husband about the marks as i asked him about them as soon as it come off the trailer before it even entered my garden. And its a good job i had a trolly to lift it as would of just dragged across the concrete. I have read other reviews about your attitude so this isn't obviously a first.
On investigation you've recently closed down a business and set it up in a different name because of the bad feedback.

My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I ordered a custom animal tank (122x60x50cm) and was told it would be made with 6mm glass. Communication at first was fine, which gave me confidence. Unfortunately, that didn’t last.

When the tank arrived, the delivery felt rushed. We noticed right away that the glass corners didn’t sit flush, but our concerns were brushed off. After a closer look, more problems became clear: poor workmanship, chipped corners, sharp edges, sloppy silicone, incorrect height, and – worst of all – the front and back panels were only 4mm thick, not 6mm as promised. When we tried to raise the issue, the man on the phone was rude and unwilling to help. They refused to collect the faulty tank. PayPal wouldn’t help either unless I returned it myself, which wasn’t possible.

After sending formal complaints, they eventually arranged collection and refunded me — but only after a long, stressful battle. To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time this company has shown it cannot be trusted. They were previously trading as Jungle Pets before the business was dissolved, and a quick search will show numerous bad reviews from other customers with similar experiences. I urge anyone considering them to look up those reviews as I personally wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Not once has this company said sorry either!

Great company to deal with, I ordered 24 aquariums, bespoke in size. Made within agreed time and delivered on time by Lisa & Mike. Good quality builds , will go back again as and when I need more aquariums building... All aquariums were supplied with a poly base too..

Good product at a good price, and delivered on time.
All as promised.
Would use again.

This was the second fibreglass pond with viewing window I have ordered from this company. Lisa arranged delivery, even helping us with the job of unloading and getting into position. Pond is great , absolutely no issues. Would definitely recommend this company.

Hi,i ordered a 9ft x3ft with a window from mike and Lisa and what a great experience, everything was explained very well and the delivery was spot on ,after I had set everything up and filled the tank it looked amazing,very well built and the blue background was great which mike explained this would be better than black,so if you want a well built tank at a good price these are the people to buy from.thanks to mike and lisa

Had a 8ft X 4ft pond made and delivered by Mike and Lisa they fully helped to manoeuvre it round to the back garden as this was not an easy task. Everything was explained fully and the pond set up looks amazing, very happy with our purchase
