I really like the product itself
I really like the product itself, but I was disappointed with the billing and customer service experience.
I signed up for a six-month subscription, yet another payment was scheduled after only five weeks. That does not feel fair or transparent, and it has made me question the company’s billing practices.
What made the experience more frustrating was the response I received. The email address used for this review is the same one used for my Peak Supps order, so the order details should have been easy to locate on your side. Instead, the default response was to ask me to confirm information that could have been found from the account/order details.
For reference, my order number is 2336356.
I would have expected a clearer explanation, quicker ownership of the issue, and a more customer-focused response. The product is good, but the subscription and support experience has left me disappointed.

Clean calcium powder
I needed to find a clean calcium powder to help prevent brittle bones following chemotherapy. My oncologist prescribed me with a "calcium/Vit D" tablet which included these ingredients: xylitol, sucrose & glucose. Unbelievable! You have cancer and your oncologist tries to prescribe you tablets with a known carcinogen and sugar?!
Impressed with clarity of product without any added rubbish. Easy to order and quick delivery. You've found a loyal customer.
