Meiden Sie diese Firma

My experience with Peak Surgicals was very bad. The instruments I ordered didn't clear German customs because they didn't have CE certification. After returning them to Peak Surgicals, I didn't receive a refund, claiming I had to pay import duties. Despite repeated requests, my money was not refunded. I am now taking legal action against the company. I would advise against purchasing from this company.

After 3 months of the order

After 3 months of the order, they never replied regarding the shipment. They replied that they will offer a refund, but that never happened. It's a great scam company.

Horrible service

Literally the same experience as poster Karen Abbruzzese. Listed phone number does not work. Placed an order on April 7 and hadn't heard anything back so I call and the phone number doesn't work. So I fire up the website chat and the representative says they will check and get back to me tomorrow. I placed this order more than 3 weeks ago; why do I have to wait another 24 hours to get my first update on my order?? This is not a serious company. Not worth it to deal with them.

Unresponsive and no product delivered

I ordered from this company the end of January. Have yet to receive a confirmation email, order status or tracking but yet they have already charged my credit card. Their phone number on website does not work! Live chat does not work and they haven’t responded to my emails. Their website says 24/7 support. I have attempted all hours of day & night.
