BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER! This online shop is more on fooling people. NEVER try ordering here if you do not want to waste your hard earned money. I waited for ages for my parcel, paid in advance but never delivered. This company should be charged legally for scamming, no other shoud experience the same.

They promised delivery within 4 days, after 3 weeks no delivery. After asking by mail, they said, delivery problems. But they were not able to inform in advance. Will never buy there anymore.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase experience on this website and feel compelled to share my frustration with potential buyers.
The site vigorously advertised the availability of products in their warehouse in Switzerland, promising swift shipping within 2-3 days. Intrigued by this efficiency guarantee, I placed an order with the expectation of receiving my item promptly.
However, reality proved to be quite different. After a week of anxious waiting, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my shipment. It was only then that I was informed the product was not available in the Swiss warehouse, as initially stated, and they were dependent on the manufacturer.
This discrepancy between advertisement and reality is unacceptable and has significantly eroded my trust in this site. The lack of transparency and misleading information is inexcusable.
Not only was I denied the promised fast shipping, but I was also forced to contend with a considerable delay and the frustration of prolonged anticipation. The clear lack of inventory management and reliance on the manufacturer should be communicated to customers before purchase. I obviously canceled my order!
I strongly advise fellow shoppers to avoid this site at all costs!
They sold a toaster with EU outlet, without any notice, instead of with Swiss outlet. Not happy about this!
Efficient and quick service and delivery. The customer service was also competent and helpful.
Absolute charlatans and should be avoided!! Placed an order which indicated items would be dispatched in 1 or 2 days... Now 10 days later I call them to see where the items are and am told they will be available in another week!! They clearly bait customers with quick delivery dates and then when order is placed the actual delivery is much longer. Will never use them again.. Plus customer services lady was very rude!

Ordered a mosquito net beginning of Mai, delivery in about three weeks, then 20th of June and now end of August. Don't need a mosquito net in winter.
Communication bad. Tel. hotline endless waiting, mails sometimes slow responce, sometimes within two days.
Cancelled my order. Never again.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived yet. Calling means endless waiting (and paying), mails are answered, but seems almost an auto-reply.
