I had no idea if I had paid too much for my car finance, but thought I would check after seeing the advert on facebook. After speaking with Pearl I have found I paid way too much! I am shocked this happened, but really happy that I will be getting some money back that I wasn't expecting. Now I just need to decide where I will be booking my next holiday. Thank you to everyone I have spoken to at Pearl, you have all be lovely and very helpful.
Lies and false claims
I set up for a claim via pearl claims, I was dealing with a man called Matt and later my claim was passed over to Andrea. I was told that the claim would be sent and the finance agency would have 90 days to respond, at this point they would have 90 days to pay the claim. So it was expected that thos would be resolved in the space of 6 months and that I can expect £2500 from the claim.
We are now over 18 months later where I have had to chase numerous times to recently find out that this has never even been passed onto a solicitor to make the claim.
I am now looking into complaining to the Legal Onbudsman as I won't be able to make a claim via another company as they have taken so long that my claim now falls outside of the 6 year window.
I feel that I will have to purse a case against Pearl Claims to get the money I was told I would get for my claim due to professional negligence on their part.
I would recommend anyone to think again before using this company.
I have kept all the emails between myself and Andrea at Pearl Claims as I believe this will provide the evidence to prove their negligence should the Legal Onbudsman inform the to file my claim

Greedy greedy b@stards!!! Selling on cases after 18 months of being dragged along to make a couple of pounds to the highest bidder. My case has been sold on to SSB law that charge 48% of the claim!!!!! Plus other costs and charges. Shower of sh!t. Saul Goodman has more credibility than these clowns!!!!

Possible fraudsters!
First started dealing with this company back In November. All good to begin with phone calls and feedback but then inexplicably they disappeared from the internet, phone number regularly went to an answer phone and I never received any further contact.
I would have thought they had simply ‘gone under’ had their website not been back on the internet again but this time with a phone number they offer not being recognised!
I am assuming they are fraudulent and will source another company!

I currently have an ongoing claim over the last 6 months which i was advised had been settled with the finance company involved back in Nov 2022. I have since spoken with the finance company who have denied having any contact whatsoever from PearlClaims. I have had no contact in nearly 3 months now. Over the last 3 weeks I have tried to contact pearl everyday, multiple times throughout the day. Nobody ever answer the phone, replies to emails, requested callbacks or voicemails. Although everything suggests this is a legal company, I am starting to come to the conclusion it may be a scam. If it is not scam it is an extremely poorly run company. I would not recommend.
Update: I referred this matter to the Financial Ombudsman who have contacted Pearl on March 2nd and still no contact from them. If they have no responded by may 3rd then an investigation will be opened. I would definately recommend staying away from this Company
