My necklace broke the first time I put it on and I reached out to customer service and they asked me to provide evidence, which I did. They repeatedly said they did not receive it, though I have screen shots of me sending. They kept stating "it must not have come through" - I finally created a Dropbox link with attachments. We will see if this works. However, this is the weirdest customer service experience I have ever had. If they do not want to take the customer's word and "can't receive attachments", then they should make a platform to submit these claims. I sent the attachments 1/22 for the first time.
Good selection and doesn't fade
Bought chains last summer, for myself and my nephew and they’re holding up well. Waterproof claims are pretty legit
Defective Necklaces, pieces falling apart.
I purchased three pieces, and unfortunately, two of them started falling apart after just one wear. While the pieces are beautiful and haven't faded or discolored, some parts are coming undone. It seems like they weren’t properly sealed from the start, as the closure has detached from the rest of the piece. I'm really disappointed with the quality, especially given how lovely they looked initially.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I reached out to the company about my pieces falling apart, but they claimed it was against their policy to address issues unless reported within 24 hours. The issue is that I wore the items only once a few days after receiving it, and it completely came apart. It's incredibly frustrating that the company refuses to address what seems like a clear defect in the product.
