same issues as Nicola
We are having exactly the same issues as Nicola above. The product that arrived was awful. Now offering my son 30% refund! The communications are very unsatisfactory and I have no faith that we will ever get the refund due - states full refund within 30 days. It doesn’t state - take photos etc!! I don’t believe this is a US company.

Horrible product and customer service
My daughter ordered a hoodie from here. When it came the quality was awful so she asked to return it. She was told that she would have to pay for shipping and they would only give her half her money back. I then looked at their posted return policy and found that she was entitled to a full refund. I emailed the company to ask for one and was told that in order to get a full refund the shipment would have to be unopened due to hygiene reasons. How would you know a product was unsatisfactory without opening it? This company has just been making one excuse after the next. We have an unused product with the original packaging and they refuse to help us!
