Great Service

My car went into Pebley beach Hyundai for a repair on the fuel filler cap, was met with polite and professional staff, who managed to get the job done super quick as I was waiting for the vehicle.
Highly recommend.

The Customer Service Staff

The Customer Service Staff. Pebley is known for the kindness of the Staff and the efficiency of their Customer Service. I can only hope that the new Management doesn't jeopardise this reputation with new 'initiatives ' of the WOKE variety. I commend to them the old adage 'if it ain't broke don't fix it '. I feel very strongly as I have been a customer of Pebley since 2010, and would hate to have to go elsewhere.

Professional, Helpful and Knowledgeable.

We bought our second Hyundai Tucson from Platinum Hyundai and Suzuki Swindon. The sales person (Jason) was excellent throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable about the car and the buying process and was very helpful from first contact through to a professional follow up call after we have collected the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly be heading their way if we buy another car.

Good friendly service.

I waited while the service was done and was able to use my tablet with the free WiFi provided. Big choice of free coffee or tea as well. My car was ready at the time I was told when I arrived so all good.

My previous service in January 2024

My previous service in January 2024, car was valeted inside and out, taken to your car after the service. Not this service January 6th 2025, seems the personal touch has gone since the takeover by Platinum. Also I had some items stored within the spare wheel compartment, these were not replaced to where the mechanic found them! Just left in the boot! It might be nit picking but standards have dropped since the take over.

An excellent experience!

From start to finish an excellent customer experience! My visit was initially a fact finding mission with a view to buying in the future, but I was impressed enough by the friendly team and the range of used cars on offer that I rapidly decided that the time had come to upgrade. Craig was great in answering my questions and helped me to make a properly informed decision to buy without ever being at all pushy. When I returned a week later to collect the car it had been prepared perfectly for me, and Craig was again on hand to talk me through all the features and tech to make sure I could fully enjoy it from day one. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and I felt really valued as a customer. I hope that my new car will serve me well for many years, but when the time comes to replace it I will be back!
