Fell a little short with communicating

I found ordering items seamless. Only 4 stars because, while they claimed I would be notified via email of the delivery, I was not notified by either email or SMS to my phone.

Hi Carter,
I'm so sorry that fell we bit short on commuication. We tend to use phone numbers for tracking, as this is preferred by our customers for convenience, but I think because the number you listed was abroad, it wasn't accepted by our courier.
Thanks for flagging as we will make sure to use email for tracking in future in instances of orders from abroad.
