Big shame
We've been loyal customers of Pecoro for almost two years now, drawn by their quality ingredients and delightful staff.
However, our recent experience left much to be desired. Our pizzas arrived in a sorry state, seemingly mishandled during delivery. Upon contacting them immediately, we were informed that they were 'having a bad day with mozzarella' and offered a refund.
The explanation left us perplexed, prompting a quick Google search to understand what it meant. If they were indeed struggling with their mozzarella supply, they should have halted sales of items reliant on it.
This incident wasn't an isolated one; similar mishaps had occurred before, including missing extra paid-for toppings and forgotten items such as drinks, making ordering from them a gamble each time.
Regrettably, these repeated shortcomings have led us to seek alternatives.
