Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping ever. For starters, I accidentaly bought my shopping cart with only one click! No confirmation of any kind. This led to a mistake in my address and a considerable delay on the arrival of the package, which, as I indend to return, has a deadline to be returned and obtain the refund. In this regard, I am still to speak to an actual human being, and have just gotten messages from an AI. Funny enough, I have already received the satisfaction review.

Worst chatbot you can find

Similar to prior reviewers:
- order did not arrive
- it took hours to get the chatbot (which was unable to match an order number) to finally forward a message to a customer service rep
- reply from customer service took weeks
- money was refunded after about a month
- only goodwill offer from pedaled was a 20% coupon on non-sale items, while the purchase was for items up to 60% off; in other words: we messed up now buy an alternative for double the price.
Needless to say my last and only order here.

Missing items, strict returns policy, only AI customer service

Missing items, strict returns policy, only AI customer service...
1) Of 4 items I ordered a jersey was missing - to be fair promptly refunded, but still annoying.
2) 15 days since day of 'order' (not delivery) for returns... is that even compliant with consumer statutory rights?
2) I completed a return via their returns portal, it said 'generating label' for about an hour, it's now been two days and several emails to their customer service (which is just an AI bot) and no label.
This experience is incredibly annoying. The clothing seems high quality so I would've ordered more, I even had things in the basket, but I will not go through this stupid faff again. Pedaled, if you read this, send me the returns label!!

Customer service is purely AI Bot

Customer service is purely AI Bot. The responses to my inquiries were inaccurate and addressed a different person on a different issue. Also, not to mention that the pockets on the jerseys are so stupidly high on your back a normal person can't reach into them. I will for sure not purchase from this place again. There's "free" shipping and returns but that's only because shipping is priced into the item being that they are very excessively overpriced and just a mediocre product.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. No replies when reporting an issue regarding a faulty product, despite sending several mails. I needed a quick resolution because the product was something I needed for a race. There is no phone number where they can be reached. Also, customer service closes down for two entire weeks in August, which is quite unprofessional for a company of their size.

They promised 2-3 business day…

They promised 2-3 business day shipping. The item never shipped so I reached out. And again. And again. Took a full month to hear back. They cancelled my order and offered me 30% off of one non-clearance item on my next order. Extremely weak consolation considering the amount of effort I put in just to get a response. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Strongly consider ordering your cycling gear elsewhere

I used pedaled quite a lot but i washed…

I used pedaled quite a lot but i washed one merino shirt with 10 other merino things of my storage. Its reduced its size by 15 cm. From other companies like icebreaker agu dilling it doesnt change. Sorry you guys are charging 50€ for a base layer and it is obviously bad quality. I cannot recommend pedaled as a point of quality or from the customer support. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Fast, efficient, good quality

Just need to say how easy it was to shop on their store. Really lovely range of bike clothing, good quality too. But when I had to return one of the items as it didn't fit properly, it was so easy to select from my order history what needed returning and to create a pick up via courier.
Really fast to reply too when I wrote to them.
