Only just taken out my policy, not made any claim but the service just to get setup was good! Nice, quick & easy! Also very quick communication when I asked a few questions! Email response time was good!
So far so good :)

Speedy and reliable service on my second claim. Only room for improvement would be the ability to speak to someone on the phone, however emails were responded to in a timely manner and claim resolved efficiently!

I'd like to also give a mention to Chloe who provides a sterling service and is an asset to the firm.

I recently had a claim regarding following my triathlon. The team responded quickly and in a very professional manner. I have always had excellent customer service from Pedalsure, I would highly recommend them.

Chloe was quick and efficient when helping me through their claims process. I had an issue regarding a stolen battery and they made the situation far less harrowing than it could have been.

Quick and easy process to submit the claim. I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. I submitted all the required documents and evidence of the theft (angle grinder attack on lock) and within days I had a positive response. Once the acceptance form was completed payment was approved quickly. Recommended

Easy to scroll through website and choose the level of cover that I required for my ebike very good options available at a good price options available pay annually or monthly well pleased and would recommend

Cheap insurance, easy to take out. Options to add additional cover. Not 5 start as only option for payment is direct debit from back account and I would have preferred to pay on credit card.

My bike was stolen recently and the claims process was quite simple and efficient. My claim was processed in less than 3 days. Chloe was most helpful and responded to my queries almost immediately. A very positive experience and terrific customer service.
