Completely crazy

I really don’t understand what’s the problem. They said they tried to deliver packages, but no proof of that. No note through letterbox, they didn’t even deliver to neighbours…I have been whole day in the house…

I hav sent them couple of e-mails, leave my phone number…

So, I have never have such an awkward experience in my life. I am really frustrated!

Many points

If you have package tgat fits through the letterbox you ring tge doorbell. If there is a big package you send a message that I was not at home (but did not my bell).
Your customer support is a bunch of automated e-mails.
I did send out a warning to AE to avoid working through your company.

Next to that, your announcements of your delivery are so ill timed, that you would be too late when actually reading that message at a local store. Plus 'beteen 09.00 and 22.00 hours' is just plainly absurd.
You had me glued to my house for 3 days non-stop.

No service, non native or English speakers as bikers and absolute louzy digital/planning system.

Worst ever

Worst ever. Last weeky package was on the street in front of my house in Amsterdam. Today I had an email the delivery person was on his way and 5 minutes later I had a message they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home. I was here, waiting for them.

Took 3 delivery attempts and 2 customer support calls to get a messy package

Didn't show up at their first delivery attempt. Said it was delivered at the second delivery attempt, but at the wrong address. When there, they didn't have it either. Contacted support and they said it wasn't delivered at all, and they'd try again soon. Reached out again after a week of radio silence, said things went wrong on their end AGAIN and that they'd re-deliver in the next two business days. When it finally arrived, it was covered in roughly THIRTY address stickers. Just absolutely COVERED in them, all on top of each other. How does this happen???

EDIT: Lowered my review to one star as with my next delivery, they AGAIN marked it as delivered despite the fact that it wasn't.

Package not delivered

My first order with this company was not delivered. Waited whole day at home and get the message that we were not home or my neighbors. I can hear and see if the driver when he is at the door. They give false information at their track and trace website.

I worked for them in the past month

I worked for them in the past month. And my experience was horrible. First i would mention that the warehouse is very cold. There is a serious lack of employees which makes the shifts longer and they expect you to work overtime even though my contract was for 5 hrs/a day and i always had to stay longer. The biggest issue was that the payment was delayed by a month and the money wasn’t even right, since i have calculated the money that i would receive for the hours i worked. When i contacted the manager he didn’t help me and then he ghosted me, then i emailed the hr department and they still haven’t replied to my emails. A complete mess. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Super slechte ervaring

Super slechte ervaring. Eerste bezorging raakte kwijt en laatste bezorging werd na 3 keer niet thuis te zijn terug gestuurd naar afzender. Je kan nergens je pakket ophalen en de afzender van de pakketten heeft geen idee hoe waardeloos het er aan toe gaat. Ik hoop dat dit bedrijf nooit meer wordt ingehuurd om iets aan mij te bezorgen.

Zie onder standaard email reactie van Peddler en daarna radio stilte. Pakket ? En waar het nu is ? EN hoe krijg ikme geld terug van Aliepress. Vreemde zaak die Peddler beter dit bedrijf Prutsers noem :

Never delivered

I was not yet back from holidays... So I'm wondering where my package was delivered... It's always the same with Peddler... Boring. Now I will spend days to look for my delivery.

My package has not been delivered???

Their website says pakages are delivered in 2 hours after being collected from sender right? My package said it was delivered but i have nothing?? There's no phonenumber to call these people on, no human on the chat box and over email they're extremely slow......what do we do now?

Another incompetent delivery company…

Another incompetent delivery company Absolutely no way to contact them any any way - they send you donotreply email without any link to send a request or ask for details.
They keep delivering by throwing the package in front of your door, leaving the package outside and running away, even if you are present and you did open the main door building when they did ring. They can't be bothered to wait even 10 seconds. If you are not here and a neighbor opens the main building door, your package will be stolen before you get home. This happens for EVERY delivery they do. I lost 3 packages so far with them, and another two went back to the sender before being sent again with another transporter.

The lights didn’t work when I plugged…

The lights didn’t work when I plugged them in. The quality of the product does not match the price—I expected much more.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is that, luckily, the package arrived ( 5 days later than expected)

I would not recommend.

Awful experience

I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The first time, I got their email that they were on their way an hour before they showed up. Or well, it went into my spam folder and I only found out when I got the message that the delivery had failed. The message said: "closed". I live in an apartment with hundreds of people, it's not closed and there's plenty of neighbors to hand the package to. Well, new attempt the next day. The delivery window is 12 hours, which is insane, and you can't pick a day that's convenient to you. I somehow managed to arrange to be at home for the window. After waiting for hours, Peddler decided they didn't feel like delivering that day, so my effort was wasted. The next two days I had to work. Apparently on one day I "rejected" the package despite not being at home. The other day none of my hundreds of neighbors were available to take hold of the package. So now they're sending it all the way back to China ... Absolutely useless. Avoid this company if you can, unless you can somehow magically wait around for twelve hours on multiple days.
