I bought my Pedibal over a year ago, but have only been using it regularly for the last couple of months due to having a knee replacement. The bike has been perfect for my recovery, meaning I can pedal when I want and use the throttle when I need to. Everyone admires the aesthetics of the bike, which is a bonus.

Purchased the E-Cruizer, had it just over a month now and its a comfortable ride and a well built Ebike would definitely recommend Pedibal

5☆ service !!! Went to the shop. Tried their Full range of bikes. Got all the information I needed. And these are FULL UK ROAD LEGAL ebikes with a throttle which are DVSA certified and also given a certificate for your bike so no issues with the police. :) THX MARK 😊

I was super impressed how quickly it arrived and how carefully packed it was.

The fact that you provided all the tools for the set up and that I can use them again to maintain my bike, was another lovely additional touch.

I used the bike for the first time to commute to work today and had a big smile on my face.

I got it to replace a non-folding bike I can no longer take on the tube. I expected the ride a little less comfortable. But in fact it was smoother with nicer suspension on the seat and the acceleration was as good if not better. I can’t wait to ride it home later, when normally I would be dreading my busy commute home.

Great product hadi it now for 4 years using constantly had only one puncher through out. Strong reliable bicycle. And if anything wrong yu can relay on people who sold them to yu.

Bought a Pedibal Navigata CitE. I made a mistake on the order, but the customer Service was amazing in helping me out sorting it out. They went well beyond of what I expected. I only had the bike a short time, but so far I am well happy with it. And I am confident that should any problems arise, that I will get all the help I need.

I bought the e-cruiza through a cycle to work scheme and honestly couldn't ve happier with my purchase. The bikes very well built and a dream to ride. It gets me to work and home without so much as a pedal stroke. The thing that's impressed me the most though is pedibal. Their customer service and how much they value their customers is on a different level to any company I've delt with before. They've gone above and beyond to make sure I've got a product I'm happy with, even going as far as to send me a different set of handlebars that I liked the look of over the ones it shipped with. They've been amazing and I don't think this'll be the last bike I get from them. The e-cruiza is fantastic with bags of range in the battery and the road legal throttle is a awesome feature to have. Well I rarely if ever actually get round to writing a review but here goes. Recently decided to purchase a folding Ebike, for reasons I won't bore you with. Had to be folding as have little space in garage. Much internet time and review reading later I chose to purchase a Pedibal Navigata MII, non throttle control pedal assist only. Was nervous a rarely make big purchases on line. Any way their site advised next business day delivery and easy return if not happy. As promised bike arrived on time. Having unboxed and inspected it, there was some minor cosmetic damage, which I was unhappy with. Contacted Pedibal via their online chat and a replacement bike was arranged. Given this was week end there was a short delay. So as bike was out of the box it felt wrong not to give it a road test. 50+ miles over 3 days and was much impressed, Did everything I had expected. levelled hills and dealt with arduous head wind without a falter. yes some have mentioned that power assist is cadence related and drops out the faster you pedal but I have not found this to be an issue, I find it works like its sensing you struggle and slow down so then gives the required assistance. So couple days later and replacement bike arrives and I happily unbox and inspect Bike No2. Yep all good, so off I bimble. Sadly after little more than 3 miles fairly flat riding fault developed in front wheel hub. Got bike home in boot of Citroen C3 with no issue.. Back on email contact to Mark at Pedibal, sent pictures and video of the issue. Short time later received phone call from very apologetic Mark who offered full refund and was initially reluctant to send 3rd bike as after 2 faulted bikes he didn't want to risk me getting a third. But having tried the bike with 1st bike I was pleased enough with it and how it functioned to convince Mark to go for 3rd delivery. So again couple days later Bike No3 arrives. Out the box and off I go. 10 Hilly and windy miles around Weston later leaning heavily on the power assist only used probably around 30/40 % of battery charge and I was as pleased with it as I had been with initial bike. Furth 40 or so miles later and still finding the bike fault free and works as I like. Power levels can be set to kick in in either, 1-3, 1-5, 1-6 or 1-9 settings personally found 1-3 it was almost all or nothing 1- 9 felt minimal differences in levels so tend to find sweet spot for me is 1-6 ( U setting in the menu). At night lights are effective, definitely set for being seen perhaps more than seeing so round town fine any darker lanes I would advise certainly an additional front light. Have used it frequently over short areas of unpaved rought (ish) ground (rutted grass area) found it to manage well with this. Overall pleased with pruchase and impressed with customer service. 4 stars rather than 5 simply due to issues mentioned, and slight DPD delivery glitch.

Ordered a wheel which came quick, but that came out of shape, they sent another in better packaging but the bearings were not in place properly, so I had to force it between the forks, but it has not caused any issues.
*A few months later, I ordered a new handlebar complete stem, and it arrived very quick, and great quality, the original one does become a little loose over time, which is why I ordered a new one, and this one is a massive improvement, I would recommend getting one. Overall very good, and quick delivery.

We researched electric bikes for sometime. This company and their products fitted the bill 100 percent . Mark was personable,very knowledgeable and helpful. Prompt replies. At first the bike throttle didn’t work.but thay persisted even drove all the way to my flat to fix’s the problem and fix it thay did thank you
