There was a good selection of products on offer , the web site was easy to navigate and the prices were better than most. would use again.

A personalised note was a professional touch, along with careful packaging. Instantly felt like this was a company who cares about giving its customers good quality and service. Shoes were ordered online in an easy to use process and arrived within the week in good condition as ordered and described. Would definitely use again, especially during sale times as the price for such quality was impossible to beat for shoes not easily found in the UK.

I bought my new Tilley hat from Pediwear. The price was good and the delivery service was exactly as promised. Needless to say, the hat is terrific.

Tilley hat arrived aHEAD of expected delivery time. Arrived in perfect condition having been treated as a first class passenger, wrapped in bubble wrap and nice snug cardboard box.
Tilley sizing chart is bang on and my Tilley fits perfectly!
As Tilley has lifetime guarantee I expect not to have to buy another for some time (so much for repeat sales!!!!)

I ordered e new and rather different Tilley hat for husband's birthday. His old navy one is only fit for gardening now. I wasn't sure about the black with checks but he is delighted with it. He can be seen in winter with smart new headgear. I will visit the site again when looking for inspiration.

Very good range of brands and models. Decent prices, especially with the discount You get as regular customer. Too expensive making a return though. Had to pay about £37 from Sweden. Should have checked that out i advance I guess..
Tired of all the hazzle in general with returns; packing the goods, printing a return slip, going to the post office, etc. Not worth the money You save on the deal.
Next time I'll buy from a local store. So much more convenient.

They match any price, and threw in a pair of shoe trees, some polish, a shoe tree and a tie. Promptly phoned when I had incorrectly entered my email address due to a mobile phone auto-correct. Will buy from again in the very near future.
