Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I have nothing hit threatening abusive emails claiming I’m am a bad person because there have sold me a broken scooter. Said they would send a courier which they never did! Numerous emails saying weird stuff like I’m a bad person, they don’t care about me (hardly left me heart broken) but it’s so weird. I’ve never experienced a company like this before and need to make sure no one has this experience with them again. The scooter they sent didn’t work, then turned itself on and off! when it did work it never reached the stated speed and then it went off again. The just comes in and off as it pleased. I have removed it from my property due to safety issues and risk of fire as advised by LFB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

1, I think you're lying. You placed an order for a P8 electric car. We'll send you the P8 scooter electric bike as requested. Then you keep questioning that we sent you the P6 electric scooter. After all, we are professional and have system alerts and tracking in the background.
2, we talked for a long time almost several hours, and you kept questioning our factory, company, products, etc. We are still patient to give you service. We also do not rule out that you are competitors or peer malicious or. We are sincere treatment.
3, I just let my customers see, you have no integrity spirit in the end. Or you sent an undercover agent to deliberately discredit me. It does not matter, we are honest cooperation. Since you are interested in buying, we have to protect the legal rights and privacy of our customers.
4, you said the price of £ 375.99, you go to see the other family, peer is not sold to £ 400-£ 700, if you think it is expensive, I do not say anything. You buy the same day the same day to you shipped, the order number is also given to you. You questioned me saying that I sent you the P6 electric car, but actually sent you the P8 electric car. But why are you talking about the P6 electric car. If you really don't want it we can give you a refund. You have to be so malicious to discredit us.
5, you questioned that my package was lighter or heavier. Is that the main reason. You look at the product is not the P8 electric scooter you purchased is not good.

I loved my scooter
I loved my scooter, it’s a great value for the price and a really beautiful design for the price paid. The customer support is very good too where their team proactively handled with my queries by emails and kept me informed of the delivery timelines etc. I recommend the brand and their teams goodwill.

I got it on black friday sale real cheap ! Great scooter for the price ! P6 really fast to fold and unfold strong built , handles my 90kg without any problems . handy electronic brake horn and nice led lights
