They have stolen my money. I will no longer buy from Facebook advertisers. I do not trust any of them. My story is the same as all the others. Peeka chill must have made a large fortune from women on line.

Unable to put a -0 but if I could I would! Ordered a winter coat.. chased,& chased given fake tracking and fed a load of rubbish! Pointless having pay-pal security, even when my complaint was filed they didn’t believe me.. as due to fake tracking they said the item had been dispatched.
Just ridiculous looking into all of the complaints saying exactly the same thing, wish I had looked at these reviews beforehand! PayPal if you were any good at your jobs you Would look into all of these cases & realise where the dishonesty lies! This scum bag will continue to rip off innocent hard working people until you put a stop to this nonsense!!!

Scam alert. Probably the worst company ever -took my money didn't deliver. Should be reported. Never ever buy from them -they advertise on facebook. Should be reported to the trade act. Email no longer works and its all a big front. Conned and not happy.

Well where do I start in September I ordered a coat I have been asked to wait a little longer to arrive.
I have been told that it was on its was time after time...then they tell me the wrong tracker was put on it but nothing I have last week yet another message to say its gone to the wrong address & can I be patient for a little longer now I would like a refund but they tell me they can't do that...I have never had any trouble with things I have brought

I didn't want to give them any stars as they are scammers, took my money for a coat I ordered in October bet never received it, kept emailing them and they said the would find out where it was but never did, I'm now blocked and can't send emails to them, please don't order from these people you will never receive your goods

Ordered a coat in September, despite emailing the company and them replying politely that they will sort out the situation, it never materialised. On checking the Facebook page 3 months later I realised I had been scammed. Honestly I thought maybe there was just an issue with postage due to covid. But actually no one receives goods from this "company". It seems they are set up as professional scammers.
I got my money back, but only after showing screenshots of chat with Royal Mail to PayPal. These chats I had put the tracking number into and then my postcode. Postcode didn't match. PayPal had initially found in their favour but I got a refund when I showed those screenshots. Reckon they are sending items to the local sorting office and then to another address. Wish I had looked here before trusting the page! Felt violated.

Sadly, i have had the same experience as everyone else, ordered a coat in September 2020, started chasing them after non delivery only to be told that it had been delivered, when i disputed this they then came back with a tracking ref stating to delivery, again disputed this and they then said that it was a mistake and they would send again. After still no receipt i opened a dispute with Paypal which was not upheld as they gave them the original tracking details stating delivered. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two coats in August never received. Constantly being told they will refund me but they never do. Avoid this company at all costs

As with many others I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from Peekachill. I purchased a coat in Sept 2020, when it was not received, I contacted them every month and was asked to remain patient, the tracking information never progressed to delivery. In January I opened a Paypal dispute, and magically they provided a tracking number that said that the package had been delivered by Royal Mail, Paypal closed the dispute in their favour! I contacted Royal Mail who confirmed the tracking number was real, but that the parcel was not addressed to me or my home. I contacted Paypal with this info but they were not interested in failed delivery. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

Awful company, ordered a coat in August 2020 and still not received after months of chasing and thier excuses.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to covid but wish I hadn't :(
I see they've stopped advertising via Facebook now but still trading!!!!!!

Absolute degrace of a company
Ordered 2 pairs of boots last September still waiting on delivery yet track and trace says they were delivered.
Went through PayPal to get refund but was rejected as this company said it had delivered, however they will not address any email or engage in any correspondence with me.

It looks to me that all the reviewers including me have had the same experience. Goods ordered and paid for through PayPal Sep 2020, various emails from vendor ‘item on its way’ but it never arrived. Tracking no stated item delivered mid October and PayPal closed the case at this point. I called at Royal Mail who confirmed they had handled the item but the address on the parcel did not match mine, however they could not reveal the address due to Data Protection Laws. I sent several emails to the vendor to ask which address was on the parcel, they never replied.
My tip would be - if you contact PayPal by telephone and provide screenshots of Royal Mail correspondence which includes an incorrect address, PayPal will submit these to the vendor and a refund will be forthcoming. I can confirm that this was my experience.

Just had an update. Fake tracking details provided by the company which show it's been delivered but to a different address. Utter thieves. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Eight months since my order (early July 2020) Peekachill, at my last count with no physical address, has my money and I have nothing. After the Company had taken my money and the mac had still failed to arrive I emailed them several times, in August 2020, receiving reassurances and a fake tracking number.
I sent details of the transaction and my reasons for concluding this to be a Scam Company, to PayPal -and I followed the PayPal procedures but failed to reach the finishing line, because, close to the cut-off time, PayPal Operatives/Robots(?) appeared not to have absorbed the information I had already sent and in effect required me to go through the process all over again! By then my PC was 'failing', I was for various reasons exhausted and my husband told me to cut my losses. which I did.
But for around £35 I have learned some very valuable lessons.
1) I now only ever use PAYPAL with a Company known to be reputable OR in conjunction with EBAY, EBAY having ALWAYS reimbursed me after a transaction with a bad seller.
2) I NEVER buy from ANYONE who does not give a physical address, and where there is an address I'll google it for further information.
3) Although I am still hopeful of finding a reputable company selling wonderfully artistic clothing at relatively low cost, so far all three companies THAT I HAVE RESEARCHED with comparably 'artistic' clothing and prices, have excellent reviews (all vibrantly written) on their own websites, and appalling reviews elsewhere.

Scammers! Learnt the hard way. PayPal denied claim as they provided some random tracking number as proof of delivery. So I put a claim in with my bank against the company/ PayPal transaction and have had my money returned! Make sure you have no credit balance money in your PayPal account as PayPal will try to take it back from there but if it’s zero than there’s no money for them to take. We need to stop this company scamming people. It’s outrageous.

I ordered a coat from them last September. I contacted them on a number of occasions enquiring when it would arrive etc. Communications are very poor. Still waiting for it to arrive now. They have said it has arrived, but I haven't got it. Don't waste your money!!

I have had same experience as everyone else. I am fuming to have paid over £40 for a coat in Sept 2020 which didn't arrive. Facebook and PayPal are NOT helpful. My dispute with PayPal has been denied. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. (wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand).

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I will never buy without reading reviews ever again! I was 8 months pregnant when I ordered this coat on the 27th September. Had barely left the house since March due to the pandemic and shielding, yet the company claim it was delivered 29th October 2 days before my due date so I know I was home. I emailed the company several times explaining I hadn’t received it, in the end the stopped replying so I opened a claim with PayPal. They’ve sent confirmation that this has been delivered somehow and PayPal are refusing to do anything further unless I have more evidence?! How can I have evidence that it wasn’t delivered?! That’s my point, I have nothing to show for it!!! I’ve never been more disgusted, obviously will never use this company again but will now close my PayPal account too.
