I'm really disappointed, having placed an order. It was taking me a while to submit my survey because I really wanted to make the right choice. After explaining to them their website doesnt let you save the information and revisit it later they emailed me to say I was wrong and that we could save the information as we go along. I looked for a solution which they accepted and I was reassured I could take My time to submit the survey only to find out that they have gone into administration. I can't get my money back because of the way I paid. No real way of getting In touch with them right now and when I called the company who is doing their administration I have not received a call back. I'm really hoping I haven't wasted my money

So useful for my renovation planning.
I'd been mulling vague ideas over for extending my top-heavy house for quite some time and I just needed an expert's view to consider. I wasn't ready to commit so I didn't want to pay an architect fee at this stage. I had 2 very different ways I could use the downstairs space, so the House Design + Alternative Design package was perfect. The designs were great and the 3D plans and interactive model really helped me imagine how the house would look and feel. Although it's all online I felt connected as the customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone at the early stages of a potential renovation, I love the fact I'm not committed to plans because I've paid 1,000s for them!

Awful experience, we paid for the best package, they took weeks to provide any changes we requested and then the links they would send repeatedly would not work. Complained multiple times and eventually when someone would respond they said they would resolve but it never happened, in the end we gave up. If you have a small house and it’s straightforward then maybe they are fine, ours was a large project and it was a very stressful experience to pay so much money and have nothing you can use at the end of it.

This company uses a celebrity endorsement to obtain customers but clearly cannot deliver. They never offered any compensation and I would highly recommend you not use this company but instead use the money for an independent interior designer as we have and the experience and results have been amazing!

We came across Peek home ltd via their Social media (Instagram) advert and immediately knew we would be using their service for our house project. From the moment we approached them with our initial ideas, we knew we were in capable hands, but the outcome surpassed all expectations. Peek Home's commitment to excellence was also evident in the walk through video provided, were the designer walks us through our design, explaining changes or additions to each room and alternative design solutions to explore. The final design was a testament to their dedication—every detail was considered, every challenge was met with innovation, and the result was a beautiful, functional space that we could not have imagined on our own.

For anyone seeking an architectural designer who can truly translate ideas into reality, Peek Home is the epitome of excellence. Their work is not just a service; it’s an art form that enhances lives and builds futures. We are deeply grateful for their contribution to our future project and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was looking for inspiration on how to renovate and modernise my new home using the space I had available and with a small extension also. Peek drew up the Peek plans perfectly and gave m some great ideas which I can use, the plans have also helped me talk through what we can do with the house with my fiancee as she was struggling to visualise what the possibilities were. I found the process of purchasing which option I wanted very easy and the survey was easy to complete and Peek understood all of my needs. I was especially impressed with the video walk through of the plans where Peek talked me through how they moved items and walls about and how they came up with the final design! Thanks again!
