BEWARE – PAYMENT RECEIVED, BUT I’M UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

I have only just registered for an account and I’m already feeling very wary. Luckily, I have only signed up for one month. I registered provided an email but was not asked to create a password. Payment was immediately taken from my bank account, but when I tried to login to my account. It asked for my email address and password. Having not created a password, I pressed the button requesting a password reset. However, it now tells me that my email address has not been recognised and at at the time of taking payment it said I would be sent an email confirmation of this payment, which has not been received.

Obviously this is of some concern to me as I am feeling right now that I have been scammed! Has anyone else had issues the same as this when they first registered? It is very, very disappointing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I paid for their services almost 90 days ago and have received nothing but empty promises. They offer a second account free but what is that worth if they cant even provide you with the initial information you paid for. Steer clear of this company as all they do is take your money and deliver nothing !!

Additional- They offered a refund great but that's not really the point. I gave them money for a service which they either could not or would not supply. I wanted this information or I would not have wasted my time signing up. For almost three months all I got were excuses why I had nothing. They said it was a priority but it never felt like it. Why were other customers getting their information and I was not ?? They need to be honest about their services. From my experience they offer no service. In fact all I got was a disservice, because now almost three months latter I have to start al over again with someone else. To really make this right they need to step up and supply me with the service I paid for not just a simple refund. What A Waste of Time !!

patience required… this is not instant…

patience required… this is not instant at all. u wait weeks and only see updates once daily…. i kept thinking something was wrong bc nothing changed all day. later found out it updates only every 24h…..

Very bad site no advertised free trial

Very bad site while offered a free trial there is no such thing funds are taken immediately. The 14 day refund process does not exist. Also data is non-existent services are nonexistent. Stay away from this site if you don’t want headaches.

Don’t give this company money

Don’t give this company money. They use sketchy pricing strategies and aren’t up front or clear about how long their “service” is supposed to take or how much it costs. They claim to offer refunds within a certain time period but they will try to manipulate you by saying it is taking longer than usual to get you to hold on to hope until the refund period has passed. If you really fight with them they’ll give you a partial refund but even then won’t be cooperative.
