This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a phone case from Peeperly for the first time after seeing their ad on Instagram. Their profile has around 76.8K followers, so I assumed the business was legitimate. I placed my order on 27th November, and during the confirmation call, I was told the product would arrive within 4 days.

On the 5th day, when I called to check the status, the same person told me the item was “out of stock” and would be shipped in the next 2 days. Today is 7th December, and I still haven’t received anything. There has been zero communication, the tracking portal doesn’t work, and now their phone number is switched off.

This experience feels completely unprofessional and misleading. I am planning to file a complaint with the consumer forum because what happened with me shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

Would not recommend Peeperly at all.

Do not trust this ,last time i ordered they delivered the wrong one which is impossible to use and i try to return through email but they never reply back dont trust ,the quality is bad compare to the price

So ,I had ordered a bumpy case cover for my samsung s23 ultra and the cover did not cover the curved edges of my phone, so I wanted to return it. They suggested me a replacement instead. But the replacement cover also had the same issue. I addressed the issue and they processed the return from their end. They have very good customer support and take their customers seriously.
