Jeg er ganske tilfreds med Peerberry, som har kørt rigtig fint med mig. Jeg har upåklageligt fået mine løbende renter. Samtidig kan der investeres for små beløb, som gør det noget lettere at spred... See more

Easy to use

Easy to use, user friendly application, and whats most important, it works as it declares. I didn't have any issues with this service.

Good platform

I've been investing in Peerberry for over 6 months. The platform is easy to use and is suitable for people who do not have much investment experience. The result so far is quite good. I invest through an automatic strategy, but sometimes I have to use manual investing. My point about manual investing is that you can't invest in multiple loans at the same time and I have to open separate tabs in my browser. The yield I realized over this period is about 11%, which is close to the forecast from the platform.

Almost perfect platform

1. Platform Look & Usability (Dashboard, XIRR, Auto-Invest, Reports) - fine except for unclear assignments of originator names between views and Excel reports - some fine tuning left - 1/1 points
2. Platform Service (Deposit, Withdrawal, Communication, Support) - nothing to complain until now - 1/1 points
3. Diversification (Countries/Originators): fine - 1/1 points
4. Interest Rates: 12% as my minimum requirement for Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Moldowa is fine - 1/1 points
5. Loan amount: fine for my invested amount - 1/1 points
6. Buyback Guarantee: yes - 1/1 points
7. Loan Conditions (Grace Period, Late fees): no grace period is great - many loans are repayed lately but for all overdue days interest is paid - 1/1 points
8. Secondary Market: no - that prevents me from investing in long term loans with higher interests up to 13% - 0/1 points

Summary: 7/8 points in my personal rating - only the missing secondary market is preventing the full 5 stars. Great platform!

Interesting new p2p player from Latvia…

Interesting new p2p player from Latvia with exposure to several Baltic and Eastern European countries. I lent started about 6 months ago and have some recommendations for people considering to signup:
PROS:
- lots of 1 month loans with buyback guarantees.
- Aventus groups of loan originators has a long track record preceding p2p (about 1/2 of the originators are Aventus group)
- diversity of loan classes: from 1-year real-estate development loans, to 2 year car-loans, to 1 month buyback personal loans
- you can see how many loans a borrower has already taken out and when they first signed-up (repeat borrowers with longer history are better)
- buybacks
- autoinvest
- can use transferwise EURO borderless account to move money in and out. Open to international investors.
- unlike Mintos, the originators DO NOT constantly buyback their loans, if it makes sense to them financial to refinance at a lower interest rate.

CONS
- limited financial information about the loan originators. With the "buyback guarantee" you are trusting the solvency of the loan originators
- about 1/4 of my loans are late (but with buyback, I am not so worried)
- no secondary market
- limited information about the real-estate companies and their financials. However, the due-diligence is easier because the borrower is easy to scrutinise online and research their projects.

All i can say is that are ok

All i can say is that are ok . The average payouts are around 11% per year . They accept transferwise service for transfers, borderless account also accepted ( useful if you have different curency from which you make the deposits and don't want to pay big money to the banks for free * you know * transfer costs :) . The buyback is a comfort thing when investing and a plus from my point of view . They have a big mother company . I don't see reasons to don't be trusted . What i don't like about them is the buyback 60 days. This thing is killing me. Even if you get the money and additional money for the delay , when you want a fast way out, this could be a issue because you will have to wait additional time for this ( 60 days ) .Customer service is ok , deposits and withdraws are ok and fast . I will keep them in my portfolio.
