Visited your store in Sirmione in May 2025 and bought one bag for my oldest daughter. My youngest daughter liked it so much, I ordered one for her birthday this October. We love the soft touch leather and knowing that it was made in Italy. I really appreciate that it didn't take months to arrive but only a matter of a couple weeks. Beautiful craftsmanship!

Purchased through the website. Shipping was fast though did have to pay and additional £56 for import duty thanks to Brexit (blame the UK for that one not the store). Well packaged and lovely colour.

Beautiful, high quality bag! Website made it easy to ship to USA, arrived in just over one week. The colors on the website are somewhat different in person. I recommend looking at several different pictures to get a better idea of the colors. Enjoyed the card signed by Davide which made the new handbag feel very special.

Bag has no metal rivets on the bottom as described and pictured. Complained about it but only received a reply after several requests as I wanted to return it. Unfortunately, none of this worked, nor did I receive an answer as to why the bottom rivets were missing, despite an alleged check!!!!
I am unfortunately very disappointed. If I buy another one, I will buy it directly in Italy where I bought mine in Merano. I have kept the bag as it was too complicated for me and before the money and bag are gone I will fit the bottom rivets myself.

I visited this morning and spoke with a very nice guy in the shop. I planned to go back this evening, unfortunately our guided tour was late back and the shop was closed when I returned ! 😢

I ordered and received the same bag 2 weeks ago. My mother also thought the bag was super beautiful and the lilla color is really nice. Plenty of room for all your stuff and room for some extra. My mother and I are very happy with it. And the wide strap of the shoulder bag is also very nice.

For many years I visit Charlotte once a year and buy one or two bags. Very good service and good quality bags. They are always unique and beautiful.

During my holiday on Lake Garda I bought a beautiful laptop bag from Charlotte in Salò. I was helped by a very nice saleswoman. What beautiful bags, even though I already have many, this is such beautiful leather! 2 days later we arrived in Limone. Sure enough, I couldn't pass the Charlotte store. The bag I wanted to buy was not available in black and I wanted that. The next day we would leave for the Netherlands at 5.30 am... A very sweet saleswoman arranged that the bag from another store would be brought to her home and what a service: she brought the bag to the hotel!! Now a happy customer in the Netherlands with 2 beautiful bags, thank you ladies!
