I have used the Pellpax delivery service a few times and have always been impressed. Customer service is excellent and delivery times are accurately forecast. Their website is great; easy to use with competitive prices. If you sign up to their newsletter you are kept up to date with new stock and special offers. Recommended.

What a great experience from start to finish.
I have used pallpex and the service is a 1000% I went on to their Web site and everything is laid out clearly and is easy to navigate around the web site and everything is clearly written and everything is explained within the page on how the particular pistol or rifle works ECT. Then you just click add to basket and it's done even explaining that the face to face fee is and the expected day your parcel will arrive and what ID is needed for proof of age/address.and it's also easy to pay as well by card

Fortunately this company is only about 15 miles from me so I can visit them to make purchases. The staff are excellent and extremely knowledgeable ,
I have purchased numerous pistols off them plus a Kral Puncher NP02 which is fantastic.
They also purchased an Air Arms 410 off me for a very reasonable price.
I can not praise them enough

The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped guide me through my first rifle purchase. With a good stock list in store ready to buy I was able to leave with the right gun for me, without being pushed into pricier alternatives. 3 purchases later, I couldn't recommend the place more.

Used Pellpax twice now and found ordering with them very easy over the phone checking stock availability and questions on delivery procedures. My orders arrived on time and you can track the delivery vehicle when it gets near your delivery time. Driver has always been friendly too.

I've probably ordered 4 or 5 times this year, I think i have over 20 guns now, all bought from Pellpax, absolutely fantastic service, Pellpax delivery service is brilliant, never had a problem, they give you plenty of options to pay, the delivery date and time has always been kept, I really don't see the point buying from anyone else.
