Shoes I bought were fake.
Do not buy anything from this website.

Purchased New Balance sneakers for € 151,00 via Paypal form pelopel.it. Just after paying, saw the account name was not a company name but a vietnamese same Nyugen Thi Gai.

Got suspicious so immediately wrote to support and tried to cancel the order.

Response was: " the order is already packed".

Stated a case on paypal, vendor booked a tracking number. Item was shipped from Germany after one week.

Once the item arrived i asked authentication from LEGIT app. Turned to be REPLICA.

Wrote support for return, they said they would answer any doubt then stopped answering when I insisted for return.

Took it to Paypal's resolution center, vendor then provided one address for return. In VIETNAM.

Shipped on my expenses to Vietnam.
Waiting Paypal insurance to reinburse me.

Products are REPLICA. Don't buy from them.

They sent me fake shoes!! Not even the same color. And paypal lets them do this to everyone! When you want to return, the tell you to return it to china and pay the shipping!! Even its their fault, they make you pay this and PayPal is helping them do this. I want my money back!!!

I have ordered a pair of nike shoes that never got delivered. I got an email from the customer support saying there was an error and the shoes were not available anymore and offering a discount to buy another pair. I responded asking for a refund as I am not interested in another model and I never got a response back after several attempts to contact them. This is disgraceful, they should have provided a refund immediately and if I wanted to buy another pair I would do it myself. I want my money back

It takes 4-6 weeks to receive your order. Not sure the Nikes I ordered are not fake. I needed a different size so wanted to return the shoes for new size, and they told me just to keep the shoes that were the wrong size and they would send a new pair. They HAVE to be fake for them to do that!!! I would never order from them again.

I ordered the shoes Nike air max 97 Blueberry from this sites, i just checked after the reviews & was skeptic af after vuz the reviews & thought it was fake/scam. After like 8-10 days i wrote an E-Mail to them cuz i got nothing & was very paranoid, they replied short after that they on their way & shortly after i got an notification that the package is at DHL in progress, today i got the next notifiaction that the shoes should arrive between 12:45-14:45. Today the shoes arrive at 12:52. So im happy & leave a positive review here. Idk how the law or shipping is in other countries but in germany i would say is strict & u need to care if u scam Germans.

I’m so grateful that others have posted their experiences here. I should have checked TP before placing my order, but at least I can follow up with my bank now. I have yet to receive my package after more than 2 weeks—so for sure they aren’t shipping from anywhere in Lisbon, as I’m just one shipping day away as I’m also in Portugal. The PayPal account isn’t a business but a company. When I emailed them requesting a tracking number they said the order was “being packaged” and that there would be a tracking number in 2 days. Two days later I haven’t heard back. Time for a chat with my bank.

How naive must one be to believe that you can order an authentic pair of Sneakers for a minimum of the price you would have to pay elsewhere? They have even rare and sold out pairs for absolute discount prices. If you are to greedy you are part of the problem and shouldn‘t complain.

I order a shoes that cost 180 euros and I thought they were legit but after 30 days nothing arrived, I worked for a hole week to get that money but ye it’s a SCAM!!!!

Fake shoes.
I ordered a pair of shoes that took something like a month to arrive at the destination.
Now that I received them I can clearly confirm they are fake adidas shoes, not original.
Got scammed as I paid 140€ for something they probably bought for a 10% of that.

I ordered a pair of shoes 1/1/24 and they said it will take about 25 days as they are coming from Hong Kong. It was a persons name, not the co on the shipping receipt. It has been 8 days and I checked my USPS and it says the shoes are coming today. and also that I sent out TWENTY packages to SEVEN different states. I believe Pelopel is fraudulently using my address to ship things. I just got notice and pic that my shoes are delivered thru fed ex. I will see when I get home but using my address is mail fraud. I contacted Postal Inspection and Federal Trade Commission and filed a police report... update. The shoes are definitely fake and over 120 packages went out with me as the sender. Use "Goat" instead people.

This site is part of a Vietnamese network of fake sites, the addresses are fake, check for yourself before ordering

I tried to return an item I purchased as gift. Through email the company responded quickly to my original question however once it was established that a refund was needed, they completely ignored all future emails. In the end the company never offered assistance and basically kept my money.

Complete scam! Refused to refund my order 30 minutes after I made the purchase, saying the shoes were already "in transit", although they refused to provide me with any tracking details. A week later I got an email with a fake DHL tracking number. Still no shoes or refund.. This is nothing more than a scam!
