Great vendor. Had my second Pilot Custom 823, transparent one this time. That particular one is new to the European market so more difficult to source than other colors. When I emailed them for my interest they updated me with their stocking schedule and immediately after stocking the pen so it was a breeze shopping from them. These people are professionals who care for their job and for their customers.
